I have always received amazing communication with fansells I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my custom diamond paintings

My item was out of stock so I requested a refund, Amy replied saying she would request another batch from the suppliers. She was amazing. Kept me up to date by email and the item was shipped within a few days. It arrived today and its great. Thank you Amy, fantastic customer service

I don't write many reviews but i do believe this must be said. I have ordered from fansells few times by now and i always had an amazing experience. Their diamond paintings are very good quality, they are cheaper than anywhere online or in local shops and the customer service is spot on. I had a custom made diamond painting too and it turned out exactly like the picture and also the exact colors. Only once i ordered and sadly they didn't have 3 diamond paintings i picked but as soon as they found out, they contacted me via email and gave me a choice of either I choose the replacement diamond paintings in the price range or they will surprise me with their own picks. I chose them myself. Delivery takes a bit longer but that's never way too long especially given the fact it comes from china. If you're looking for the cheap but great, fansells is definitely your best pick ❤️

I always use fansells as the items are good quality, good choice, and would definitely recommend them. I did have an item arrive damaged but a refund was sent straight away with no qualms and the service was excellent. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Shipping was quick, considering it was coming from China. It was well packaged and delivered in good condition. Great budget-friendly source for diamond paintings and accessory tools. Very happy with my purchase. They also have cross stitch projects that I hope to order in the future.

Amy m’a contacté par rapport à un format de ma photo qui n’allait pas pour la dimension de la toile DP que j’avais commandée ! Plusieurs propositions m’ont été faites et on s’est mis d’accord ! C’est de plus en plus rare de pouvoir échanger avec les entreprises mais avec Fansells , aucun problème et j’espère qu’ils continueront comme cela ! Je trouve cela formidable ! Enoooorme merci et pour ceux qui hésitent à commander sur ce site , allez-y sans soucis car 100% honnête et fiable

I have been ordering off of Fansells for a few years both cross stitch and diamond paintings and I have been satisfied with their products. I have never ran out of diamonds with the diamond paintings nor floss with the cross stitch. The print has been very good on both products, clear and easy to see. Thank you so much!

I have recently discovered fansells and so far have had a great experience. They have a large selection of diamond paintings and supplies at budget friendly prices. Super customer service. Fast and friendly. (One painting I had ordered was out of stock and they contacted me to choose a replacement.)

Fansells has been such a great site for me to purchase my diamond paintings. They have all been great quality and I enjoyed all my purchased so far! I will continue to order from them. The only small complaint I have is shipping does take forever! But it doesnt take away from their 5 star rating from me.
