Poor Delivery and Customer Service
They need to make sure delivery information is clear. Very misleading. I payed for next day delivery and it didn't come until three days later! Buyer beware!!!

After paying £15 for delivery to…
After paying £15 for delivery to Ireland, which I thought was rather expensive to start with, I was charged another £12 for the costume to clear customs! An unfortunate consequence of Brexit but I will not be ordering from a UK based company again. The delivery and customs charges doubled the total cost of the costume.
