I ordered online
I ordered online, in stock, looked great so went ahead with buying and it said 2-3 days to get to me, got an email saying my order had been processed. No response, nothing came through to say that it was on its way or any tracking number. I contacted them concerned that i would not receive item in time they then said it was out of stock and that they would refund me. ok, thats fine, ill refund and go elsewhere to find, but then got any email then next day saying my item was on its way. Confused i contacted them again to find out what was happening and they said they would refund still but dont accept the delivery. I have not had a delivery driver arrive to my door and they said they would be here between 11am & 3pm. doesn't matter if they dont turn up anyway but the reliability in this service stressed me out and i would not shop with them again, id rather go and physically get the items myself

Great customer service
Although the costume was delayed so didn’t arrive on time, the customer service was amazing, all sorted out without me having to initiate any correspondence. Would definitely use again.

Clothes were too small with no real…
Clothes were too small with no real measurements on the site. Poor quality, too thin so could see underwear through the clothes, and the accessories were terrible. The belt was falling apart when taken out of the bag, sequins fell off immediately.
On top of all that, had to pay postage to return this shambles of a costume

Very efficient delivery
Very efficient delivery. Good quality. The paper packaging unfortunately has stuck to my costume. I will therefore have to pick all the smaller bits off. I don’t know if it’s the material of the item (leather) but other than that great fancy dress.
