I have got several dresses from faiza saqlain and my experience is always great. Not only their clothes are beautiful but their service is great too.

I had good experience with the designer and her team. The dress quality was good and it’s fittings were according to expectations. Her team member “Komal” responded to my queries on WhatsApp and she responded me on time. I recommend you to get your next dress from them.

Had a super smooth experience this Eid. Absolutely loved the quality, fitting and design. Best part was the quick delivery!

I ordered my bridal dress from Faiza Saqlain, and from my first day back in April, I had the smoothest experience. I dealt with Hina and she was the kindest and most helpful, so much love for her! I was called in for trials a week earlier than my delivery date, and the dress is perfect! Stunning. Couldn’t be happier.

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service, its been more than 55 business days and they keep telling me its still in process. Will be disputing my order soon. They should shut down their business if they can't fulfil orders.

Ordered outfits for Mendhi and Nikah in March 2022, still not dispatched. They were rude and unhelpful. They did not stick to their timelines. My Nikah has already passed, wore a totally different outfit. When I mentioned that they did not stick to their timeline, no apologies, no rush to complete. I am currently investigating legal action to have my money returned. Stay away, they do not complete orders on time.

I have ordered some dresses from faiza saqlain... I want to share my experience.... "you people are doing great job guys hats off to you every pretty dresses very good stitching You deliver what you promise and specially on the given time. Highly appreciated guys. Also you people have excellent customer service your Csr SARA bridal dept she is outstanding she guides you very well and extremely humble... love you guys I have recommended you to some of my cousins friends and colleagues. Will definitely order more dressed from you in near future

Ordered in Mar 2022. Was advised that delivery would be completed early June 2022.
Now calling the number amd there is no response or assistance.
Please save your money and do not order from here specially if you are over seas.

I placed an order in January for my bridal outfit and the lovely Sarah who is the bridal consultant took care of everything and updated me along the way. So happy with the customer service and cannot wait for my bridal order to arrive!

Absolutely loved my entire look. The team was very careful in addressing all my concerns and questions. Wonderful experience, will definitely be coming back!

I would leave 0 starts if that was possible! I ordered my outfit way in advance hoping it would come in time for the event. Sadly they have told me it will be delivered after the event. After reading multiple bad reviews I still put my trust in faiza saqlain hoping they deliver on time. They do not meet customer satisfaction needs! This is a shame as the clothes are beautiful but it’s not worth the hassle! YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECIEVE THE OUTFIT ON TIME. The customer service team is not great. They leave you on read! I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I ADVICE ANYONE ELSE NOT TO! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! PLEAE PLEASE NO ONE ORDER FROM THEM THINKING YOU WILL RECIEVE THE PARCEL ON TIME AS YOU WONT! THEY DONT EVEN FOLLOW THEOR ON DELIVERY TIME FRAME.

Unexpectedly brilliant stuff i have purchased online. This is rare that you get such a high quality stuff as explained in the description. Normally online purchases are opposite to what we see online. Great stuff with neat stitching.
