Excellent service indeed

Recently ordered my menswear dress from Faiza saqlain. My order was due in Sept but I received it in of Aug. The materials used, quality of stitching and after sale services made my shopping experience extremely joyful. Would love to order from them again.

I had a great experience overall. My first order was delayed and due to miscommunication it wasn’t the right colour but the customer service team handled it really well. They made me a whole new dress within a month as promised. I am really satisfied and the dress looks beautiful ❤️ I agree your order may be delayed but I would suggest order way in advance because their clothes are worth it!

My experience with the bridal side of Faiza Saqlain was amazing! I had read mixed reviews online about Pakistani designers and was really worried that things wouldn’t be made on time. However, my bridal dress and veil were both made on time. I mainly dealt with Sara. She was so responsive, polite and kept me updated during the whole process. Would defs recommend this place to my friends and family! I live in Australia and this is one of my favourite Pakistani brands. Thank you so much Sara!!

My favorite place to shop. Huge fan of Faiza Saqlain’s creativity. I shop online and from stores as well. Customer service is great. They deliver what they promise good quality and On time. Prices and quality is best as compared to other brands. My all important events covered by FS dresses and always gets lots of compliments. The best thing about this place is they have lots of options from semi-formal to formal. I always look forward to shop from here.

Unless your order your outfit one year in advance- don’t bother.
After searching for an outfit, I fell in love with an outfit from Faiza Saqlain. I checked the delivery dates and worked out it would arrive in time for my event. There was nothing about public holiday closures when I ordered the outfit.
A few days later I can across the TikToks about the delay with delivery and I contacted them straight away asking for a delivery date. They said the outfit would be delivered in September ( a month later)
I asked to cancel the order but they refused (even though they hadn’t started work on it yet) I asked if I could exchange the outfit for something else, something cheaper on the website without receiving a refund- they refused. And this is after numerous WhatsApp messages where they wouldn’t reply or I would receive the same old standard reply. They were very rude.
I had to then order another outfit because this wouldn’t arrive on time.
I asked for an update from Faiza Saqlain who then proceeded to tell me that it would arrive by the due date but after contacting them to check progress told me this was an error and would arrive by the original due date. I asked them if there was any way they could speed up the order and they said they would ask their design team but nothing came of this. I believe they were just trying to buy time. Through out it all, I feel the team have been rude and no help whatsoever ever. If you know you can’t deliver by the due date- you should be able to cancel the order. They don’t communicate with you at all.
I’m still waiting for my outfit which will arrive after the event date. I’ve been told by the end of August but I’m pretty sure it won’t arrive well after that. They should communicate with you after you placed the order and confirm delivery dates so you have chance to cancel. They don’t, and then get to keep your money at the same time. We have two outfits with them that won’t arrive. I feel very disappointed as I really like their clothes.

UPDATE
The company are saying they sent me an email when I placed my order. I did not receive an email- I check my emails daily and I’ve checked my junk folder.
Apparently it says the delivery date on that email- and I had 25 hours to cancel my order. Quite impossible if you haven’t revived the email. The customer service team is unhelpful and quite rude. They have ruined the whole process for me and my family.
They may make beautiful clothes but their service is well below par.

I purchased the Nazmin piece from the ‘Dhoop Kinaray’ collection for my best friends wedding. The outfit and detail to the work was beautiful, far more prettier in real life as opposed to the photographs, I was pleasantly supprised. It was exactly like the model photographs, pristinely stitched giving it a beautiful flow and shape.

Please do not bother wasting your money! I placed an order with Faiza Saqlain 2 months ago. Since then i have been messaging and calling them almost every other day without a response. Today, it has been 3 weeks i have not received a reply to my watsapp messages. Extremely poor customer service, i have ordered from many Pakistani designers and this has by far been my worst experience! I will never be ordering from them again. Con artists who take your money and then ignore you.

I ordered a suit from their newest collection with a customization that arrived just in time for Eid! Komal was very responsive on WhatsApp and I’m glad to have had easy access to a representative. I got so many compliments and can’t wait to order again soon!

SUGGESTION: Improvements are needed in customer communications. Follow Maria B and Sapphire's websites. Check your e-mail address. It bounces every time. One person should be responsible for customer communication thru e-mail or what's App. Keep your customers updated regarding their orders. Be friendly. you will do well if implement these improvements

I ordered the Ezra suit back in March/April and recently wore it to a wedding. The suit was beautiful and the top fit perfectly. The trouser was a little short on me, so for future orders, I would specify measurements. However, suit and quality were incredible. I will be ordering again in the future. Shipping takes some time so order accordingly.

Traveled from USA to do wedding shopping in Lahore. Our wedding stylist at Faiza Saqlain, Sara, was incredible and very helpful. The entire staff including Sara made us feel welcome and listened to all our inquiries. We hope to continue this relationship with Faiza Saqlain and her staff in the future. Great people and beautiful gowns, clearly made with care and attention to detail.

My favorite designer! I wore the Minha set for my Walima and received so many compliments. Their clothes are unique and a class apart. Definitely recommend.
I had the set shipped to Canada.

My dress was beautiful and perfect size even though I never had good experience with online size. One little request I have is the shipment need to be fixed.

I had ordered Shazana from the Dhoop Kinaray collection for this Eid. The custom made ensemble met and exceeded my expectations from every angle. Love the elegancy that Faiza Saqlain’s dresses hold. Definitely will be buying more.
