Excellent and reputable company to deal with. The first hoodie I ordered was
Defective in many ways. I emailed Fadogear right away, they were very quick to respond, very apologetic and wanted to make things right. They replaced my defective hoodie right away. The new one has arrived and I am very pleased with it. They were very kind and supportive. I was surprised how quickly the replacement came.
It’s a rare thing now a days for anyone to acknowledge their error and to want to make it right.

Size wasn't true!
The quality of the shirt I purchased was excellent, however, their sizes aren't very true - at least not in my case. I normally wear a 2XL. The 2XL I purchased from them fit more like a 4XL. I understand that since my shirt was a specialty shirt with my name on it that they can't re-sell it, therefore would not want it back as a return, however, it is also not my fault that the shirt was two sizes too big, so it's pointless for me to have it as well. I wanted at a minimum, a partial refund, but all they wanted to give me was a discount on another shirt. Granted, the discount was substantial, but I couldn't trust that the size of the new shirt would be any different and didn't want to end up paying for two shirts I can't use.

It's not the best material
It's not the best material. Can't return the product back to China. That is the downside of online purchases outside of Amazon.

Not up front about a fee
You didn’t tell me at the time I ordered the shirt for my brother, that you would be charging me a fee, simply because you aren’t in the US. If you can’t tell your customers about this fee up front, you won’t be having returning customers.
