These things are insanely cool. The design wasn't what I imagined it would be - it was way better! I got them as a "surprise" gift for a family member and their reaction told me all I needed to know; it was a great idea with perfect execution! Now, I'm dreaming up new ideas to make more socks. I ordered these socks as a birthday…
I ordered these socks as a birthday gift for my wife with pictures of her dog. The total price was about $38 which isn't too bad but not cheap either.
The socks arrived approximately 3 weeks after ordering. Right away I was disappointed.. The 3 pictures I chose were of high quality but the pictures on the socks were almost illegible so that was my first issue, and the second was that the quality of material of the socks was also awful- Very thin, rough material with large lines from sowing running vertical around the entire sock.
My next move was reading the company's return policy, which stated if unsatisfied with the order to contact the company email, in which I did. Apparently this company does not have a phone number as I looked every where on the site and searched the internet. I emailed them with my complaints and pictures of the socks I received. After a few days and no reply, I emailed again, a few more days and no reply yet so emailed them a 3rd time. After 2 weeks from my first email and emailing a 4th time, I never got a reply back and had to deal with the waste of $38 used to purchase these awful socks. DO NOT buy from the company.

Great but maybe not fantastic
I got four faces on my socks and all four were cut out nicely and as instructed. The quality of sock seems satisfactory so far although they have not been worn yet. The quality of the printed faces on the sock is pretty good. It’s not super amazing which is why only 4 stars but I realize the complexities of printing on material so I’m trying to be realistic.

These were a gift for my sister
These were a gift for my sister. The concept, design and printing were great, but she says the socks themselves were not great quality.

The socks we purchased are great
The socks we purchased are great, used a picture of my wife and I and just so our friend always has a lasting keepsake of us, he’s getting them for his birthday, which makes us giggle. We bought two identical pairs so we can give them to another unsuspecting friend(victim). Great socks, delivered in a timely manner. My only feedback for the company would be, I would have liked to see a proof of the cropped photo before they were printed, but they did a great job nonetheless.

Slow service
I ordered a month prior to an upcoming birthday and i still havent received the order 2 months after the birthday. The order has been missplaced and reordered in my name in the mean time as it states in the order status.

One pair great, the other was a bummer…
I ordered two pair of socks for my husbands birthday- both pair had a picture of our new baby on them. The one pair turned out awesome! Love them so much! The second pair unfortunately turned out a bit disappointing and you can’t even really make out her little face. Not sure if the picture quality or lighting wasn’t right for printing on socks- but I was hopeful I would have been told that if that was the case. The quality of the socks is great! Just bummed about the one pair and the quality of the printed picture.
