Strange sales strategy

I had booked 1 week with breakfast at FabExpress Amar Palace via Booking.com. On the day of arrival, FabExpress changed the hotel and let me run 2 days into nothing because the communication within the hotel group didn't work. FabHotel Emerald Highland Beach Resort took me in. Thanks for that! However, I paid too much for the upgrade because the room rate was set at 7000 INR instead of 5600 INR. I can only recommend everyone to be careful with the sales strategy of this hotel group.

Please don't book from FAB Hotels.

I had booked Jaipur Emerald hotel for me and my mom. After reaching the hotel, we saw that it is completely unhygienic and not suitable for family stays. The bed in our room was broken and, the room was full of dust. The passage was unhygienic as well. Due to this we had to book a different hotel at the last moment, as we travelled from Mumbai. I had requested a full refund but, I haven't been replied back to my email sincr last one week. I had even sent them the photos of the room. Please avoid booking with them at any cost.

Scammer Hotel booking company

Scammer Hotel booking company, we travel from UK to stay in Varanasi for 2 night. They promised everything in world but delivered nothing.
We paid in advance for stay but unfortunately with in checking of couple of our hours we received call that my grandfather passed away and we have to travel back.
I requested for cancellation by taking 1 day charges they Hotel and Fab customer service playing around with refund they wasted my another 3 hours and due to that I have to miss my flight and funeral.
Lastly I have to leave my money with them. Never stay in there hotel specially Hotel Aditya at Shivaji Nagar Varanasi.
The Hotel is fraud too.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FAB BOOKING

One of the worst hotel on the earth

One of the worst hotel on the earth. Thos hotel has below few addon feature
- Smelly, unhygienic room
- leaking bathroom, electricity broken, broken lights,
- no room lock so no privacy when you are not at room.
- False promise of kitchen with limited options by owner and provide breakfast while in actual there is no kitchen at all.
- Take whole payment in advance. No hotel take such full payment in advance
- No housekeeping, room service
- Even behaviour or owner towards guest is rude. He even slap one of the guest in front of me. And already recorded in CAM.

Keep away of this hotel, also from FAB hotel chain is not listening and refund my money. I had booked for 7 days and left the hotel in less than 10 hrs due to poorest conditions and dont want to take risk of my health. Away from fab hotel chain and Feb hiland suites.

I cancelled my booking from FAB Hotel chain but, I am still waiting for my money. these are the useless people and hotel chain to loot the people. I have all the proof and submitted but no action

Avoid these thugs at any cost

Avoid these thugs at any cost, better stay at a local lodge or at a nearest railway station rather than booking a property with fab. They are trapping innocent customers by advertising modified pics of hotels which lacks all basic amenities. Save your hard earned money. Do not book any fabhotel property through any site. They spoilt my marriage anniversary day.

A big hello to my all solo travelers....
please never book Fab hotels online or at least never pay advance.
this is the second time, when my foreigner friend were refused to room even after taking full payments online.
how can a website takes full payments if they are not sure that they don't allow Fourier tourists?
image, you arrive by early morning flight, to a new county, hopup taxi from the airport, reach to your reserved hotel and refused to a pre-booked and fully paid room ??
and then at noon, again you're diverted to a new hotel by the receptions. Now again pay to taxi and at new hotel pay new higher prices..wahh!
top of this, toll free number is useless.. You keeve presssin 1,2,3,4...
and the guy who confirmed over the phone from feb hotels service counter about this particular Fabhotels which allows foreigner tourist, stops my Phone calls.
and when he picks up. You know!!
(already, over phone i have shown him my haryanvi side ,while he was giving me corporative style of gayan)
latterly, it is second time same pattern happening with my friends.
so, already half of my day is wasted.
already complained to founders of fabhotels over linkid to some mr.Aggarwale
and likewise, today i will continue posting everywhere ....

Worst Hotel Chain out there

No integrity and don't even clear payments. Work with them at your own peril. Customers beware since they are not making payment to hotels your bookings with them are most likely to be bounced.

fab hotels will NOT provide customer Service - please avoid

fab hotels will book you a hotel, then when you cancel as per the correct procedure for cancellations they will not refund your money back to your credit card, they will instead give you a expiring voucher which lasts 12 months.

Under Sec 75 law this is illegal as they have not provided any service and have retained your money, please do not pay for the rooms in advance, in fact do not pay at all until you are 100% sure you will be using the room, if you book in advance and then cancel and pay a deposit they will cancel the rooms, but not refund the money

They will change cancel and modify your booking at short notice and then offer you a cheaper version of what was booked

Never again any hotels of FAB chain of Hotels

We 3 adults booked through Agoda for 2 rooms for 4 nights in FAB Hotel Sahar Gardens in Mumbai and received the confirmation and also received the re-confirmation on the day of the arrival yet to find there was no room available when we arrived on time at the hotel in the afternoon. FAB head office management was unable to do anything. We had to rush in panic to find another hotel in the area. Very disappointing and frustrating. I do not recommend any FAB Hotel in India, you may find no rooms on arrival.
