I DID RESEARCH BEFORE PLACING A ORDER AND ALL I FOUND WAS POSITIVE COMMENTS ON EZY-FIT ROLLER SHUTTERS.WHEN THEY ARRIVED PRIOR TO DUE DATE,I THOUGHT THAT,S A GREAT START,BUT WHEN THEY WERE FITTED I REALIZED THEN WHY ALL THE EXCELLENT COMMENTS. THESE PEOPLE WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO THE FINISHED JOB.GLAD TO RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. THANKS

Arrived on time well packed so no damage easy to fit

Product works well but the packaging could have done with a little more foam as the lose items bashed into the body of the shutter and scratched and dented it.

Shutters were good quality and the installation was fairly straight forward.
They worked smoothly and we had no issues with their operation or materials used.

The delivery however was a bit late I had to ring them up and follow
my order.

The shutter and parts supplied by EZY FIT are excellent and contract found no difficulty in installing it. A very satisfactory outcome.

Damien has been responsive and helpful in my dealing with him.

Good back up service. Had a small problem with shutters on electric outdoor blinds and could not help enough.

My order was delayed from the get go and was given different excuses depending on who I spoke to. The unit was delivered a week late and damaged. The shutter couldn’t be installed until a replacement panel was sent out which I was advised would take another 2 weeks to manufacture, again because of various excuses etc.

I requested the unit be picked up and my money returned, the replacement part arrived the next day.

The shutter stats are flimsy and not joined very well. From what I have seen there are better products on the market comparable in price.

My experience was sub par and wouldn’t use this company again.

So far so good... works well

I purchased a total of 13 Ezy-Fit shutters including installation. Their prices per shutter were substantially lower than our neighbours who purchased from another company.
Due to limited space under our sloping eaves some of these shutters tend to sit lower than we would like but they still look and work fine. Other, less protected shutters needed flashing for waterproofing which was all organised by the Ezy-Fit company and included as part of the installation. Similarly, our requirement for extra wide packers because of our stacker doors.
These and other potential difficulties were discussed with specialists in the company and solutions proposed prior to purchase.
Our only criticism is not of Ezy-Fit but the (seemingly) industry-wide use of the OZRoll controller. These have a battery life of only a few weeks which we find annoying.
The EZY-Fit experience has been a great one for us and we recommend them unreservedly.

Excellent product, easy to assemble, I have it and use the roller shutter since April 2018 and did not have any issues -highly recommend.

Few problems on the supplier end but roller shutters direct were more then happy to rectify issues. Will buy again!
