Excellent Customer Service
The customer service has been outstanding. I rarely leave reviews when the service has been as you would expect, but I do when it has been excellent. Long story short, they made sure that I had purchased the correct product and made the right decision even after the online purchase. Turns out, I had not made the right choice and settled on a different product, which was actually cheaper.

Best Confirmation of Order - Ever!
Eve is a great person to deal with. The confirmation of order for my EV cable, which was at the best price anywhere, was the nicest one I’ve ever received. A personal note instead of the computer generated ones you normally get for on-line orders. She even went the extra mile to get me price for a non-stock item. 5 star service.

Great value and service
I ordered a relatively long Type 2 to Type 2 EV charging cable (17.5m). The website was easy to use, it provided filters for the products to reduce the large choice down to what I wanted. The price was the best I could find.
Communication from the company was good. I received notification about the order including a check to verify I was receiving emails. Further communication once the order had been shipped and another after delivery had been confirmed.
I would use them again and will recommend them to others in the future.

Very speedy respond. Installed professionally. I haven’t used it yet as Tesla not arrived till a week later but I am sure it will be fine. The company was friendly and respectful. Answered all my questions and quick email response. Would recommended to anyone who’s thinking to buy electric charger

Like the majority of other reviewers on this site, my purchase experience with e-zoomed was excellent. Good, clear website and a very straightforward ordering process - I was kept up to date throughout and delivery was quicker than initially anticipated. The charging cable appears to be of a high quality and well put together. Recommended.

Good service with supply and install of my new EV charger. The installers also worked out the best solution overall, as it wasn't just a simple job. Very friendly, competitive pricing and a really neat job.
