Fast delivery and great customer service
From the moment I placed my order, I was kept informed of its status and estimated delivery date. Delivery was very fast, I placed my order on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived by Monday lunchtime.

Olivia was my point of contact and she was very attentive with regard to the ordered charging cable, keeping me informed of progress and likely date of delivery. Excellent personal service…
Ordered a 15 m charging cable and was informed by email that it was currently out of stock but they could supply a 20m cable at a discount. A very responsive email conversation with Olivia quickly established the 15m cables would likely be available within 7 days. I decided to wait and she kept me informed every step of the way. I have the cable now within the 7 days and it’s perfect!
