I just bought a sliding wardrobe from ez living furniture and from the time we walked into the shop in nase the experience was amazing helpful staff couldn't do enough the delivery was on time and fitting crew was on time and bought were courtiers and helpful and did a great job wishing you all well and continued success into the future

We brought two pictures from Londonderrry/Derry store. The lady which I didn’t get a name, was so helpful and patient.

I visited EZ LIVING store Derry, N.Ireland.
My sales advisor was Kate.

The store layout and presentation is very attractive and easily accessible. Items are clearly labelled.
Staff are very approachable.
Kate, who provided me with assistance was mannerly, knowledgeable and attentive.
I don't often provide detailed feedback, but I am glad to be able to acknowledge the very good service I received

The staff (Ted)was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, offering valuable insights and recommendations without being pushy. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Sharon was so helpful! Really knowledgeable about all the pieces and took her time to make sure I got the bed I wanted with a good mattress at the budget I had set - couldn’t fault her at all! The company is lucky to have her!

From arriving at the Holywood Store what struck me was the impressive setup and layout , thankfully large enough gaps for my wife’s electric wheelchair to get through without the need of staff moving furniture. The member of staff who dealt with us (Julie) was very friendly and very informative and answered any queries we had without being pushy. We wanted a new mattress and were glad to hear she had the knowledge of having been in the manufacturers facilities and saw the whole process from start to finish. The explanation given with the cut away model helped us make the decision of what to purchase. Plus the coffee we enjoyed while going through the purchase process wasn’t bad either. Again a pleasure to go into and look around we will definitely go back again. Just waiting on the delivery now.

Went in looking for lamps and ended up with dining room furniture, Kate who served us was so helpful and made the doubts we had go away, nothing was too much trouble for her

We had an excellent experience today in store with the lovely caoimhe, caoimhe was so informative and was honest with her own opinion on furniture talking about pros and cons off all sets we looked at. Caoimhe was very genuine welcoming and so friendly with no hard sell. We had just gone into store today not expecting to purchase our garden furniture but thanks to caoimhe we did! Will certainly shop here in the future and would love to deal with caoimhe again.

Bought a stool, the screws supplied were the wrong size, had to go to B&Q to buy new screws. Delivery charge was astronomical. My son wanted this stool in particular so will be keeping it, but won’t be shopping here again.

Kate was very helpful, and went out of her way to even bring colours to show how what I was going to buy would suit. Very nice lady 😊

Sharon the sales assistant was very helpful and gave us great advice when buying our new dinning room chairs.

Very welcoming and friendly staff who do not invade your browsing space. I enjoy having a good browse before I ask for help from a staff member. The staff in the bedding department were extremely helpful and not pushy. they knew every product on the floor, where to locate it and recommend alternatives. knowledge about delivery times and deposits equally impressive. I keep returning.

Kate in the Derry store was excellent - she helped us with pick out our new sofa & chair. She helped with picking the right fabric and recommended the Guardsman 5 year protection which we were very happy with! Thank you, Kate!
