When you are purchasing the service it is advertised as offering “easy refunds.” However there are no clear, prominent, or proximate disclosure that merely booking a lesson even if later cancelled and not delivered would constitute as “use of the service” and extinguish all cooling-off rights.

Any such limitation appears only within linked terms and conditions and was not transparently disclosed before payment which is literally misleading omission.

If anyone else is struggling to get a refund just start a chargeback via your bank, though it is a tedious process you will get your money back as you haven't used the service.

I have really enjoyed my lesson with Anja! She was so helpful with her clear instructions and helpful tips. I have a foreign driving license but was looking for a lesson to review and brush up my driving skills specifically for UK roads. I feel like a better driver now! Highly recommend taking lessons with Anja!

I had been postponing my plans to start learning driving for years as I was very scared but I am glad I started with Momotaz. She is really helpful, recommended.

She is GENUINELY amazing. I had a test on the 12th of January 26, was making many mistakes I couldn’t seem to correct and booked in my lesson with Afreen and she corrected me on everything I was doing and because of that I passed my test! She’s kind, patient, well spoken and easy to listen to. Would defo 100% recommend without a doubt.

A wonderful driving instructor with tremendous patience, just passed my test today first time with only a few minors. I fully enjoyed my experience with James as a driving instructor, he is very thorough and he know exactly what he is doing, he adapts and understands how you drive and knows exactly what to do to improve your driving skills to make you test ready! I had just over 2 months to pass my practical driving test and I could only do it with my determination and his knowledge and experience. I passed my practical driving test 1st time, this wouldn’t be possible without James!! I would recommend him to anyone 1000 X over.

I used EZLicense and my experience was so great! Mohamed is the greatest instructor and I've had many! I passed on my first go! I was so nervous but he calmed me down. I'm thankful for all his help, patience and guidance.

Had my first driving lesson today and couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Salim was patient all through the lesson and added 0 pressure when teaching, his training was easy to grasp, correct and effective. His car was also easy to navigate and made the whole experience a lot easier/Less stressful. Would 100% recommend him for anyone looking for lessons

Abdul was a great instructor, very alert yet calm. His explanations and analysis of the various situations are very clear and thorough. He really helped me grow my self-confidence behind the wheel.
