Thanks for your order. We are very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with Eyesore Merch.
Following investigation, it emerged that the reason the package was returned to the sender was because the building number had not been specified at checkout. The order was refunded upon its return to us, at the buyer's request.
Regarding the order page: an account is not automatically created when completing checkout for the first time. The order is normally added to your account once the account is created. However, if the order does not appear in your account history, please contact us, and we can add it to your account at our end.

Great customer service, good quality
Ordered a shirt from here and realised I’d ordered the wrong design. I emailed them right away and they got back to me really quickly to alter my order to the correct item. They also noticed I had a different address in my email signature and emailed back to ensure it was correct.
Can’t fault them and would choose them above competitors as their quality is better and delivery better priced.

Can't check out
Seems like a really cool site but just doesn't work... keeps saying my card is declined even though I've tried 3 different cards that all have more than enough money and work on other sites. Even tried across 3 different devices and still won't let me order... they won't even let me give them my money! Contacted support but no response...
