I ordered standard reading glasses over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received them. I reached out to them and they expect it to be another week to 10 days. I could see if I needed a script but they are standard readers. I would not shop here again.

Received my order of Transition Photochromic Reading Glasses today ( ordered 6th Sept) . Really pleased with them until I put them on and really disappointed to find that both the lenses were defective . The magnification is not consistent across the diameter of the lens giving the sensation to the wearer of being in a fishbowl . This is clearly a manufacturing error and disappointed. Trying to return for a refund but no response as yet to that request via their website but early days yet I guess...

Great website and product is value for money . Glasses always greatly admired , could have more styles and options . Communication from website is excellent . Would recommend to anyone looking at buying .

Excellent experience with Eyekeepers. I love the choice of trendy frames. Lenses are good quality, believe me, these glasses have been thrown around everywhere! I haven't even scratched them yet! Will DEFINITELY be placing another order soon.

I have bought multiple pairs of glasses from Eyekeeper, and have always been happy with them. They don't break, but I do lose them, and I continue to be interested in the styles they offer. The price is so reasonable, and they are stylish. I haven't ever seen glasses this stylish at these prices.

I originally wrote a complaint I came back to take it off because when I got my product it was great I'm giving them a second chance and I ordered more glasses even though I don't need them I love the ones I got in the mail today they are very well made and come with little eyeglass cases well worth the money best deal ever

The items come from China so will take 7 days or longer. This is not pointed out until your order is placed.
Glasses are solid, soft nose pads, spring sides which will expand outwards and thick lenses. Do not feel heavy.

I found the ordering and delivery process to be simple and fast.
My glasses arrived as expected and in good condition.
I love these glasses. I ordered 4 pairs and all are well made, comfortable and look great.
I will definitely order from Eyekeeper again.

The spectacle lenses are horrible. I see double and get an instant headache while using the glasses.

Money taken from my bank account a week ago but no glasses 🤓 soooo hard to track my order what’s going on anyone know

The glasses are stylish and are a perfect fit for my eyesight. I am always getting compliments on how great they look. The most important thing though is they really make a difference in what I read. Great product.

I have purchased several pairs of reading glasses from Eyekeeper & they have all been fabulous, so I'm not going to take a star away because I have been very happy, but my last order, that I just received is not so good. I ordered blue light glasses, but unfortunately the lenses on all 4 pairs are smudgy and my vision is distorted. So I'm disappointed. I won't be ordering anymore.

The glasses I ordered are quite good, but ..... why was the order completed and delivered by Ali Express? It seems to me that this company poses as a reputable and somewhat chique business, who then passes on your order to a discount web shop, making quite a considerable profit for doing nothing. If I wanted to use Ali Express I would have chosen to.

The lenses of the bifocal glasses, in the neutral part everything is blurred, bad glasses. My reply to yours, thanks for the refund.

At the outset it seems like they’re going to give you good info about delivery but as it turns out no they do not. It’s not so much when they arrive as the lack of information,the tracking information they send simply doesn’t work it seems others have had the same experience not so much as an estimated time of arrival very annoying.

I get many compliments from friends and family about how stylish and how good my new reading glasses look on me.
Especially after years of those boring pharmacy readers!!
