I purchased two pairs of glasses - picked Eyekeeper because they have a great choice of colours and styles and I like something colourful and a bit different. I bought a bright pink pair with round lenses and a hexagonal purple pair. They are easy to order, reasonably priced and look fabulous. I like a few pairs in different rooms and will definitely purchase again. Customer services personnel respond quickly if required.

I ordered a set of 3 clip-on sunglasses, specifying the shape and size of my glasses. When they arrived, I discovered that the overall width of the clip-ons were too wide to make contact with each side of my glasses. So, there is no way to make them work.
When I advised their support team of this issue asking for a refund, I was advised that I would have to pay shipping (with a tracking number) to begin the refund process.
While I have no problem waiting until they confirm receipt of the return, I do not feel I should pay for shipping when the problem is 100% due to an inferior product.
In addition, the clip-ons themselves are extremely lightweight and flimsy at best.
I am still in the process of trying to get them to accept responsibility and to agree to pay for shipping if they want these inferior clip-ons returned, as they are absolutely useless to me.

I can't fault the service received from this company. The glasses were delivered quickly and of a reasonably good quality considering the price.
My only gripe is that the material they make the glasses from, smells strongly of "old tom cat". I've tried giving them a wash but the smell persists! I just hope it eventually wears off!

I ordered reading glasses with different focus lenses. The glasses are very cheap, but they sent part of one order incorrect, and one of the glasses has already started to come apart.

I had a problem with some glasses and Eyekeeper reached out quickly and sent me new glasses. Impressive customer service. 😊

Excellent service, will definitely use again. Very pleased with glasses, sturdy and very wearable. Fabulous indeed.

Speed and efficiency

I absolutely love these packs of 6 glasses & they usually last a long time but twice now the option was limited to the screwless ones which, of which on the first order,( the problem being that they became very loose & fall off) I put it down to something that I must be doing or a bad batch but unfortunately after 2-4 weeks after purchase of a 2nd pack of 6, despite alternating them have become too loose again & are unwearable. I am at home every day & I really look after these glasses and use them only for reading. I usually purchase 1x set of 6 per year roughly & have been doing so for a number of years, however I’ve already purchased 12x pair and am down to 2 pairs that are still useable. It’s really disappointing. I will however only purchase the metal screw types in the future.

I'm enjoying my set of stylish readers. They are well made and definitely a bargain.

Arrived quickly

Glasses strength is not right and vision is not clear and i am quite uncomfortable with the glasses. I absolutely cannot use these and I believe the prescription i asked for is WAY off.
