Thanks so much for your help, we tried several times to open a business account direct but kept failing as we don’t live in the Uk, but you guys were able to not only get an account but we didn’t even have to travel there, so really appreciateyour help and would 100% recommend.

Fantastic Service from Extra Direct. Just what I have been looking for. Gianni did exactly what he said and gave me all the information I needed. Got my bank account set up in a speedy manor and kept me informed all the way through. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

Quite possibly the worst service I HAVE …
Quite possibly the worst service I HAVE EVER experienced. The company they use is a free online service think of the ocean and what comes in at night that’s the company to search if you need a business account look for yourself you can get set up in 5 minutes FOR FREE not for £195 They offer a free service for an extremely high price. They also do not disclose the name of any of the banks they use as they are all FREE SERVICES.
It is also worth mentioning you are unable to leave a negative review as trust pilot do all they can to force you to change factual information as apparently it’s defamotory even though true.

Thanks for your comments, however we never promise a high street account (you can do that yourself unless you have credit issues), all our charges are clearly stated upfront and we are a business not a charity, so if you come to us for help, then unless you are a charity, we will charge for our time and expertise.
So whilst we are very sorry you were unhappy with our service you did get a business account, so we did exactly what we had been instructed to do, which we were delighted to hear that you subsequently used for your business transactions.
