Walked into Santander Work Cafe on the off chance I could discuss my high ish interest rate account maturity - Was met by Corbin at the desk - Just asked the question can I speak to someone to re arrange my deposit funds to be put on a fixed rate again for another 3 months - Not Expecting Corbin to be able to assist - Well to my surprise in less than 30 seconds he had my details up & we cleared the security questions - No word of a lie less than a minute later we had discussed the interest rate & I made my decision - Corbin printed the action letter for me to sign & in less than 2mins I was on my way again - 1st Class service from Corbin with a smile 👍👏👏👏🇮🇲

The work cafe is a great relaxing and informal space, enabling me to combine banking with work and refreshment!
Corbyn was very welcoming and fixed my problem with the app on my phone quickly, efficiently and was very easy going as he did so.
When asked about accounts, he gave me the information I needed and set up the account I wanted so that when I got home it was set up ready to transfer funds into!
I have been to the work cafe a few times and every time I have had this same experience; extremely friendly staff who are very knowledgeable, treating me in a relaxed informal manner and being super-efficient in the process. Santander International - 10 out of 10 for producing a banking experience that only encourages me to go back!

Natalie was excellent to work with from the outset - responsive to emails, helpful co-ordinating catering, and also in choosing the perfect part of the cafe for our event. Thank you Santander for offering the events space for free and to Noa for the excellent pastries!

I had been having problems trying to retrieve my money from an old Santander account and was getting nowhere in the phone .kept getting told we won't be able to transfer your money...Corbin Liebenberg from Santander work cafe had taken time out of his customer service roll to sit in on phone calls and verify me as a customer and I would like to say how helpful and caring he is towards his customers and the role he plays in this bank....

We recently held a panel and networking event at the Santander Work Café as part of a wider collaboration between the Isle of Man and Liverpool Business School. The venue was exceptional, welcoming, modern, and perfectly equipped for meaningful dialogue and professional exchange.

We hosted our Activate AI: Meet the Experts Breakfast at Santander Work Café as part of UK Tech Week, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The venue provided the perfect setting for an engaging and interactive morning, with a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged insightful discussions on AI adoption.
The space was well-equipped, and the team, especially Natalie, were incredibly supportive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our guests, including Activation Partners and members of the Digital Isle of Man team, had a fantastic time networking and exploring AI-driven solutions. The layout allowed for easy conversation, and the coffee and refreshments from NOA was a great addition to the relaxed, informal feel of the event.

I was seen straight away when I entered the cafe from someone on the front Reception area and then was assisted by Natalie. I was offered a cup of coffee aswell whilst Natalie carried out my request to change my account type to get a better rate of Interest. I only had one quick form to sign and then got confirmation that my request would be actioned. I then obtained confirmation later that morning of the changes having being effected.

Corbin served us, he was very friendly and helpful and an offer of tea or coffee on such a cold day was much appreciated. He was able to solve my issue and offer further helpful advice regarding one of my other accounts. Super service, thank you.

Natalie Radford was absolutely brilliant in helping Love Tech with our event at the Santander Work Cafe on the 10th October. She was very helpful in ensuring we could use the space on a suitable date, and helping us set out the venue in a way most appropriate for the format of the event (which was a panel event), and helping us communicate with the catering team to ensure the attendees were well looked-after. The venue is a lovely space and we have had wonderful feedback after the event, and so will definitely look to use this space again for future Love Tech events.
