Great products, highly recommended
Great products. Nice discreet subtle bottles and they are really nice to use. The pump dispenser is clean and easy and doesn’t leak if tipped over in bed for example. Pleasant neutral smell and works a treat :) have already recommended to several menopausal friends!
I’ve tried quite a few products which either have bottles which you would be a bit embarrassed if you left out by accident for cleaners to find or they smell really bad, leak if left on their side or are just plain unpleasant.
These are also great size to travel with. All in all, probably the only ‘complaint’ I have is, it would be nice to get a larger size bottle for home use, or maybe that you can use to refill the smaller bottles (which are perfect size for every day use)

Terrible communication and customer service!
Placed an order (#21225) 9 days ago and haven't received any updates regarding dispatch. Any emails to customer service get the same reply of "it has been dispatched" and "wait 24 hours for an update". When asked for a tracking number I am simply ignored. Terrible customer service! So disappointing

Excellent product, middling customer service post-purchase
Love the product - have ordered in the past and will order again. But I recently renewed an old subscription, updating the delivery address as I did so. The website then reverted to my old address and the products were sent to the wrong location. I contacted customer service and sent them evidence that the error had not been my fault, but they refused to reissue the item or a refund. Extremely disappointing service from a company who portray themselves as standing for something in the community. Like I said, excellent products - just don’t expect a service to match.
Update: within a few hours of writing this review, customer service confirmed the reissue of my order to the correct address. Not the easiest experience of my life, but pleased to have arrived at the right outcome so have amended the review in the interest of fairness.
