Horrendous lack of customer service
Horrendous customer service (or complete lack thereof). I have attempted to contact them several times across two different email addresses, Instagram, and Facebook messenger to resolve an order issue, and they haven't responded to any of it, and have not refunded the order which has now been returned to sender. Having to pursue a dispute through my bank instead to get the money back.

To be honest i only got something coz it was part of a deal to join a forum site that was meant to be free but later transpired not to be the case so it was abit of a scam

Absolute rubbish and a waste of money
Bought this wand and tried it.....absolute rubbish and a waste of my time. Only bought it and it was rated the number one clitoris vibrator. Well it is surely going in the bin!
