I ordered a set of 6 knives. I received the wrong set of knives, no packing slip came within the box to reference my order, no company details on the delivery label, I have replied to my order confirmation email to request an exchange and sent an email through the contact form on the website, I got no reply to either. Wouldn't use this company again.

Easy to order product online.
Delivered within 2 days.

I always make a habit of trusting,and going back to order,never had problems.

A few days after purchase I was notified the product would not be available until January, I did then requested a refund that took more that 5 working days to be applied, and that after an email complaining for the delay.

Only half my order received. Have been trying to contact the company all this week via online forms, email and phone. No response at all. VERY frustrating. However they have had the time to send me emails to review an item purchased, and with info regarding their Christmas countdown. Seriously?!

Update: Finally got through to speak to someone today (Dec 4th) and issue was resolved quickly with a delivery due this week. Star rating amended to reflect service received.

I bought online fridge freezer larder & fridge larder. Then got email days later to say none in stock. Canncelled delivery but still they delivered 1 fridge and no freezer which was no good to me when they hadn't both products. All while I had no fridge/freezer. So they messed up completely with order & delivery and delivery guy was nt happy either.

Still not delivered, item ordered on 13/11.

I ordered a tv from there website and went through and paid etc.Then I got a message that they didn’t have that model. I felt they were slow updating what’s shown and what’s on hand. I was angry and said so. I took the alternative offer, as I had a discount from my insurance company for this company. That’s it!

I ordered a Dyson V15 mistakenly - it had a slightly different spec than I expected. I made a fessonable proposal to Leah via email but she never got back to me

Still waiting on the dishwasher to be delivered. We bought it over 3 weeks ago now. Mistakes on experts side with order. We got an email on Friday saying the dishwasher was being delivered on Saturday. We changed our plans and waited at home all day for the delivery but it never came. Disgraceful. I expect a phone call first thing in the morning and a refund.
