Pretty bad service and appalling…
Pretty bad service and appalling products. I purchased fruit which was shoddily packaged which was the start of it. Two out of three of the items were of no or little use, particularly the mangosteen!!! It was rotten, sloppy and contained pips where there shouldn’t have been any; basically completely inedible!
I emailed the company but (as was expected) had no reply. This is a very typical display of behaviour from people who simply don’t understand “Good Customer Service” I find karma will take care of this eventually.
So to recap, NOT GOOD & AVOID.
Inedible fruit
Inedible fruit, my first order arrived late due to the delivery company and the fruit was disgusting and inedible, I contacted the company and they sent a replacement which arrived in time, however, the fruit was again disgusting quality and inedible, snake fruit does not go off in a day in transit, whoever sent the fruit out must have known it was inedible and of poor quality, I contacted the company again, they refused to acknowledge my grievance and responded with nonsense of they'd sent a leaflet with terms and conditions of how to deal with bad fruit. No, not at all, by the look of the reviews numerous appear to have been delivered indebile products, it is your staff members responsibility to send out products in good order, not your customers responsibility to inform you it's not. I believe staff are knowingly sending out poor quality products, poor company, poor customer service, don't waste your money on an unscrupulous company such as this.
Still not delivered (18days +)
Ordered 18 days ago for brother’s birthday present and package still hasn’t even been dispatched. Charged me £7 for ‘next day delivery’. I’ve left voicemails and emails however, I haven’t heard back from the company. Feel scammed by their shipping claim made on the 18th when I purchased the order. Order from someone else, there’s a few other competitors in their market that might be more trustworthy.

If I could zero stars, I would. First the delivery date came and went with no word on what was happening. Went through the "contact us" form at least twice plus social media messages (none of which got a reply and still haven't) requested the box be cancelled, no reply. I'd ordered from another company as we had no delivery or dispatch information and it was a Christmas gift. Eventually I got a dispatch email, still no replies to my actual messages. Box arrived, very small despite ordering a large seasonal box. Some smushed fruit and lots of tiny bits that google lense identified as tamarind, that wasn't even on the list of contents. In comparison with the large box ordered from the other company, it was a small box not the large I'd ordered. I was also missing sugar cane from the order. I've still had zero response but have given up and not even bothered asking for a refund as I'll get no reply. Would absolutely NOT recommend exotic fruits. Shockingly awful…
I ordered a box of fruit and some of the fruit never ripened. I wrote to the company and they ignored me. They have not offered to investigate or to remedy the situation. Yet they continue to spam my email.

Mouldy fruit - very disappointing
The box arrived on time and I bought it to take it to a Christmas family party and thought it would be fun for us to all sample little bits of fruit we had not experienced before. Unfortunately most of the fruit was very mouldy and inedible. I was very disappointed and also slightly embarrassed that I had got everyone excited and intrigued for it to be a big let down. Won’t be purchasing again .
Extremely poor service
3 telephone messages left and 3 emails sent explaining a change of delivery address. No answer.
Parcel had to be forwarded with extra expense, fruit arrived with some rotting and others squashed.

The mango I couldn’t eat as it had turned rotten within two days. So can’t review this for taste.
One of the mangosteen was rotten when I opened it. The other two were okay. Taste wise okay
Key limes were okay.

I purchased a Christmas hamper
I purchased a Christmas hamper, it arrived on the 24rd December but mostly everything in the box was mouldy, I was really disappointed.
This company is a complete joke, they said because I didn't tell them 24 hours after delivery they can't offer a refund, it was Christmas day you idiots and the gift was ruined! Now they won't refund me and offered me a crappy £5 discount on a new order.
This will be the last time I ever use this company, absolutely disgusting
Money taken, no order received
I’d avoid at least during the Christmas period. They say they’re a small business so I assume they are struggling with orders and don’t have the man power to communicate this effectively to customers. It’s passed my delivery date, money has been taken but order is still being “prepared”. Have contacted them but heard nothing back. Now going through my bank to reverse the charges.
Update: I have still heard nothing from the company. I’ve now reported to “shop” and submitted a form to the trading standards. I’ll ensure I mention the reviews from others on here who have experienced the same as myself with this company.

I placed my order, the website clearly states all order before 1pm will be delivered next day.
They use APC Overnight as their delivery company, they are an absolutely disgusting company.
I got email updates day after day from APC Overnight to say they had delays and my delivery would be the next day and this happened four days in a row now.
All this time my order has no doubt be sitting on an unchilled vehicle rotting.
How could it be fresh fruit and vegetables four days later. this is now day 5 and still nothing.
Trying to contact exotic fruits is impossible, they don't answer the phone or return your calls.
The same with emails, I have sent them an email every day since I ordered and still not a peep out of them.
I want my money back, they are totally inept.
Useless.
It is obvious they have people connected with this company putting up fake reviews saying how great they are.
Trust me, they are NOT, don't risk losing your money.

Do not use. Didn't fulfil my order properly. Do not reply to emails or answer their phone. Use one of their competitors that have better service.
Such a great idea... But such a poor result.
Such a great idea, I thought to myself, of getting kids eating more fruit by trying all those exotics! We had a box, then another one, then another one, and another one... Getting results that were worse and worse and worse each time. Now I am officially giving up trying as the quality of the products is constantly so-so at it's best and you will never receive the fruit that looks like on the picture. Bananas ALWAYS too unripe to eat and start to rot before they ripen most of the time. Soft fruit, such as peaches, kiwis, and persimmons, arrive damaged due to improper packaging. Rare exotics such as star apple, ice apple, mangosteens, and similar, arrive overripe and mouldy/rotten. We even had a mouldy coconut once!
The rule of the company is that you must report any damage on the day of arrival, which is understandable, but impractical from a customer’s perspective as you are unlikely to cut open every single fruit you receive on that day, so most of the time, you find out the problem just a little too late. We have learned that rule the hard way, so photographed all the visible damage straight after the fruit arrival but got scrutinised as the photos did not look bad enough and we were advised to eat some of the clearly spoiled fruit. Another thing, the compensation value, which is always £5 regardless of the actual amount of fruit that went into the bin. Last time we have spent about £80, the box was in transit for five nights (in actual transit, and two weeks from the order date), one third of the product was smashed and spoiled (not mentioning underripe fruit here which was plenty too), and we were offered a whooping £5 compensation voucher! Hooray...
There are some fruits which were consistently OK, such as granadilla, dragon fruits (yellow one is yummy), Turkish melons, papaya was fine too. Pineapples and oranges are as you would find them in Tesco, so not worth overpaying.
And, last: there are still plenty of glowing reviews, and most are because... They offer a free box if you write a 5-star review!! I almost fell for this, but decided to tell you the truth which costed me quite some £££ in lost fruit box, so I hope it was worth it and you find this review useful!
Absolutely DO NOT ORDER with this…
Absolutely do not order from this company. Took my £126 asked me when I would like to deliver and failed to deliver!! I ordered the fruit for a specific event. You won’t succeed with phoning them and leaving a message. They don’t bother calling back. They won’t reply to emails or social media messages. Still no product. They have my money and completely ignoring me. Shocking customer service. Scammers!!!!!!
3 weeks waiting and terrible service
3 weeks waiting for the delivery and nothing. Company very slow to resolve and respond to emails. I asked them to refund the order, and no money to be seen. Expensive fruit (if you eventually get it) but in my case feels like I've been scammed. Stay away.

Don’t waist your money and time. Parcel of exotic fruits for 50£ went to the rubbish bin straight away, some fruits was damage and over ripe, the rest I bought was under ripe, and there is no instructions that you need to keep it to get harvested for few days, and because it was 1 of each different fruits I cut them and realised you can’t eat them. They are not ready. So very very disappointed. I reported the problem and they refunded only 2£ for over ripe fruit 😀🤦🏼♀️ joke
