I had a problem with my order. I emailed around 7pm and expected I’d hear back in a few days, but to my surprise I got a text a couple of hours later from their delivery company saying they’d deliver tomorrow! The next afternoon I had a replacement order - very fresh, perfectly ripe, pre-prepared durian. I am incredibly impressed - they have earned my repeat custom.

We ordered a trial selection box just to see what it was like. It arrived within 24 hours of the order and we got some really delicious fruits! It was a lot of fun trying them all with our daughter and learning about them. We'll definitely be ordering again (and we have some new faves of a yellow dragon fruit and juju-bee which we'd never had before).

£40 for a seasonal box just to receive mouldy, damaged and unripe fruit. Would not recommend.

Bought a couple of fruits. The delivery was quick and the fruits were well package.

They missed one of the order and some of the fruits were a bit discoloured.

Absolute worst exotic fruit company I’ve ever ordered from. I spent £80 and everything in the box was spoilt. I had to throw the entire box away. When I reached out to them with pictures they said it’s just mould it should be fine on the inside and refused to refund me.
