We had the pleasure to spend 2 days with Lucy, I have been following her on social media for approximately 8 years, so this was quite the gift. Lucy is passionate about leading and progressing the executive support role by providing tools and perspective which I found invaluable in my 30+ years as an EA. AI will not replace us, which I have always believed, however she re-instilled in my co-hort where our true value lies as EA's.

I really enjoyed Lucy's presentation. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend all of the sessions during her visit, however the one that I was able to join, was very informative and engaging. Lucy has a wealth of knowledge and it was a pleasure to learn from her. I look forward to reading her book soon!

As a seasoned EA, I've been to lots of different training sessions and this was by far the best. Lots of thought-provoking information during our sessions that made me eager to read Lucy's book. Really helped me to understand myself and my strengths in a better way.

I learned more in the 2 sessions than I had ever before in a PD course.

Lucy is an amazing presenter / speaker. She has extensive knowledge of the EA profession and the EA/Executive relationship and how to build a stronger partnership.

Our EA team spent approximately 6 hours with Lucy over two days, and what I learned from her is priceless. Because of her sessions, I believe that I will become a more strategic focused EA.

Good selection of speakers, with relevant stories of how they have got to where they are, what skills they learned and what makes things work in business and inspiring me to do my best and be part of the big picture.

Lucy is inspirational. She is supported by an amazing team at the background who had arranged great food and a beautiful venue for the MDA course attendees. I met some wonderful, like-minded friends during the course and walked away feeling more empowered than ever. We are a team!

What an amazing opportunity to sit in the same room with a global group of like-minded administrators and learn from a cohort of global trainers. What more could someone with a thirst for knowledge ask for?

I enrolled in the course with a clear purpose: to acquire knowledge and skills that would empower me to revolutionize my executive support. My goal was to enhance my abilities, add substantial value, and optimize my executive’s time for strategic priorities. Lucy Brazier, our course instructor, masterfully delivered content that laid the groundwork for learning. She skillfully navigated real-life scenarios, offering profound insights on how to elevate our roles as top-notch assistants. This experience not only enriched my skills as an assistant but also positioned me as a valuable member of the Association of Administration Professionals’ management committee.

The course agenda was meticulously crafted, actionable, and easily digestible. As a cohesive group, we shared experiences, exchanged knowledge, and empathized with each other’s challenges. Our diverse perspectives fueled dynamic discussions on problem-solving approaches. Armed with tangible ideas from the course, I returned with a strategic plan to enhance our Association’s value proposition. The management committee, where I volunteer, is now actively implementing some of these ideas.

Inspiring speakers and a great way to meet fellow EAs with the same passion. Was expecting a bigger crowd, more hands on, and the goodie bag that was advertised as part of the ticket! However I do understand the organisers would have a huge cost to travel over etc. Maybe reach out to big organisations, local councils etc. to help promote the event and boost numbers.

As always very informative.
The conference was brilliant as usual.
Could not fault the food or location.
I did feel the benefits of the audience being a smaller group.
The speakers were all great (noting the comment above).
I always get so much from these, very inspirational and always so great to catch up with people you know and the new friends you make.

As the course was provided in a small group, the learning experience was significantly upgraded when we did not only learn from Lucy, but also from each other.

I would like to praise the event for its meticulous organisation and the quality of insights offered, which not only broaden one's understanding of the industry but also highlight unconventional career paths.

These events, and the advocacy they inspire, are crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and networking, enabling professionals to explore and seize unique opportunities for personal and career growth.

Although ESL in Wellington was expected to be a pared down event after COVID and the worldwide economic downturn, the content and speakers were insightful and thought provoking. The networking dinner is always a great way to connect with speakers and participants. I left feeling energised with a few learnings under my belt!

I had the opportunity of delved deep into crucial professional and personal aspects of development, trainers' guidance was instrumental in helping me navigate challenges and unlock new levels of potential.

Moreover, having the amazing opportunity of being close to the best qualified professionals of our role/career, in a peaceful, comfortable and cozy place.

I cannot recommend this experience highly enough: the best investment in yourself for taking your career to the next level.

Lucy was truly amazing. To have someone of her caliber come and be so invested in making our organization better was transformative. She truly cares about us and our executives. There is truly no better partner you could have in making your organization the best it can be.

Lucy was warm, personable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She tailored the training to our specific needs. The material was engaging and applicable. There were many takeaways for the team that will have a lasting impact on our organization.
