I bought my Mazda from this company, and from the very first contact it was a pleasure dealing with them. I later had an issue with my log book not arriving, but when I contacted Evolve, they clearly explained what to do and reimbursed me afterward. The car is perfect and running strong with no issues at all. I would definitely buy from them again.

Just a single phone call and a few WhatsApp photos = car sold. Deposit paid within 5 mins and paid in full on collection.

Picked my New GOLF GTI up yesterday from EMC and it was an absolute pleasure to have a car off them. Everything ran smoothly getting the paper work & everything sorted and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience especially with Harry for getting it done quick & efficient.

We purchased a vehicle back in April 2025. The after sales service has been nothing short of appalling.

When we went to collect the vehicle there were 3 chips in the windscreen. We pointed these out to the salesman (Nick). He advised that Evolve would cover the cost of a replacement windscreen/repair. We took Nick at his word and went through with the purchase. Since that day we have chased by email, phone and in person for the windscreen to be replaced with absolutely no resolution or success. The suggestion was that we should claim for this on our insurance, despite the damage being caused pre-policy inception. We do not have glass cover on our policy and informed Evolve of this.

We have sincw been asked to send quotes across for a new windscreen, which we have done from various windscreen repairers.

We were told that a local company had been appointed and paid to do the works, we went to see them and they had no knowledge of the job, nor had they received payment.

We have called again today and been informed by the Manager that Evolve are not going to repair or replace the windscreen, they have lied for months.

I have an email trail with requests for quotes and reassurances that they will "put this right" but now, some 9 months on we find ourselves left out of pocket and lied to.

Please do not waste your time and money with this organisation. Read and believe all of the negative reviews on here, we wish we had.

Professional service from Benjamin throughout. Communication was detailed to explain the inspection, and keep me informed. Quick and easy, no complaints of him at all.

Excellent customer service and really nice people made everything easy and simple

Well what a good experience that was evolve motor company treated us perfectly we was looked after by Shane and he went above and beyond for us even sorted a warranty issue we had so we didn't have to pay for a complete new policy which is rare any other garage would want you to take a whole new policy out. We picked up 2 car and they were perfect even put and extra sports kit on the vehicle for us and I asked to paint the callipers yellow all at a very small cost but made it no issue thanks again would deffo recommend

Nick was an outstanding salesperson to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle. No high pressure sales, allowed to view vehicle/s at leisure. Also free to test drive unaccompanied. All questions answered promptly and politely.
Slightly disappointing that salesman unable to complete final negotiation on price without referring to "another colleague" via private phone call.
Collection and final payment simple and unlike some of their competitors no pressure to purchase add ons.
Small fault in body (boot opening button broken) noted as part of predelivery check rectified, with no quibble, at later date.
All in all a pleasant experience and would reccomend.

If you want to buy a quality used car, if you want to have 5 star service and peace of mind and feel no question or request is too much trouble then purchase your next car from Evolve and in particular ask for Matt.
Highly recommend.
