I ordered on December 15th

I ordered on December 15th, today we are on January 17th and my order still hasn't arrived, I keep deluding myself that it will be as soon as possible for weeks. I do not recommend this company!
Stile don't receive my money back after 2 months 🤨 it's that ok?

Hi Mihai,
We have been open with you and kept you updated throughout the journey of your parcel, and as we have mentioned multiple times the delays are not with Evolution Vaping but with customs, your goods were received in Feltham on the 24th of December with a status of custom clearance in progress, there has been other scans since then with the last scan on the 16th showing as parcel exported.

The delays are not with us, the delays are with the courier and customs, if you choose to purchase from us again may i suggest using one of the more premium services such as UPS to get your parcel to you sooner.

Edit: I have just been updated by our courier service, these goods have now been turned around and are on the way back to us due to failing to clear customs, please ensure that goods purchased are not prohibited in destination country prior to placing an order with is in the future.

The service I received has always been…

The service I received has always been perfect that includes the warehouse and stores. The item I purchased was an VI ROD by XS MINI for the price I paid £8.99 at the time was good however the battery don’t last longer than 4 hours and also the p20 pod coil thing wasn’t working good in the vape so I use a p40 in it. I will have to replace in a few moths but very good product for a someone starting out

Excellent customer service, quality of goods are awesome, speedy delivery and just all round fabulous/fantastic 👌 would definitely recommend and I will be using there service again 😀 👍
