ordered two six RBA'S from this company at £50.00, and within three weeks the plugs had snapped, so you could not put e-liquid in very poorly made with no spares included

I've used evolution since it opened as it was my closest vape shop, always stocks a vast range of products, and staff in store a really friendly and helpful.
Last year I moved to Cornwall but have remained a loyal customer, ordering all my vape supplies monthly online with free standard shipping.
February I was running out of juice fast so I ordered on payday (Wednesday 25th) as usual but selected evri next day delivery for an extra £5.20. My order didn't arrive until Saturday 28th. 3 days, the same time as a standard delivery takes.
When I brought this to the attention of evolution via email, Megan stated that sometimes curiors experience delays. I appreciate this, but it's not Christmas. I replied to Megan to let her know I was not happy that I received a free 3 day delivery (equivalent to the FREE standard delivery option I usually choose) when I paid extra for a next day.
3 days later, Megan has not responded and I am very disappointed.

Visiting every month, I find they never have what I need, and ordering items seems to be a lower priority than socializing and playing pool. After buying something, the receipt printer was out of paper, and then the replacement was the wrong size. The store and stock really need attention. Additionally, the separate loyalty systems for the website and shop are baffling. Evolution Vaping seems to have a knack for consistently declining. Thanks anyway.
