Not very happy with the online customer service
The whole box of 10 elfbull ice vapes were vile. I’ve never had this before and I buy a lot of vapes from evolution, buying 50+ disposables a month. I emailed and was told the disposables are perishable and have no warranty which as a very good customer I wasn’t really happy with as I’d only used two to see if they were the same. Never buying from the warehouse again will only use the shop as the sales team in there are fantastic.

Thank you for the review, I am sorry that you have not received the level of service that we pride our self on, I can see that you emailed us on the 20th regarding these items, our reply back should have stated that you can bring back the unopened disposables back for a full refund/replacement however it didn't and for that we do apologies. The coils are of very bad quality. There is no taste after a few puffs. I’ve bought many of them which I don’t know what to do with them. 👎

Have you tried using a different eliquid? have you tried changing the wattage? there is a number of factors which could lessen the lifespan of a coil.
