Bought to replace CFL units fitted to a 6 year old house we have recently moved to, the effect being an immediate night vs day difference - Instant bright lights now appear at the flick of a light switch, rather than waiting for CFL's to eventually produce a minimal gloomy output. Must be the best value non-redecoration investment for instantly making any room brighter and more welcoming. Combine this with the vastly improved energy efficiency makes these a genuine 'no-brainer' replacement purchase. Everything-LED supplied at a great price, with swift delivery backed by excellent order confirmation and delivery progress updates. Cannot recommend more highly.

My only reservation is that the wide angle bulb i bought for an outside light is longer than the normal bulb of the same wattage, and does not fit. If I had known that, I would not have bought it as I do not have another use for it at present or likely to have in the future.

Everything LED are splendid except that they use Royal Mail. Our experience is that Royal mail often fail to deliver and expect us to travel to the other side of Stockton on Tees to their pick-up point, a place where there is nowhere to park without risk of getting ticketed. It is a time -wasting horrible experience to use them. Needed product urgently so rang Everything LED. They agreed to re-send using an alternative courier, and the parcel arrived early the next morning. So no marks for using Royal Mail, full marks for response, equals AVERAGE.

Reliable and trustworthy
I have only praise for customer management. Order and delivery went completely as promised. All in all, a really good experience and the product matched my expectations.

Second order took a few days to be delivered although very happy with the price and quality of the LEDS

First order was delivered very quickly. This order OR0012073 was returned due to incorrect fitment. I followed all processes including filling out a form, emailing as well as including a copy inside the box.

I received no acknowledgement of return after the email was sent on 6th August so I waited and thought I would see the refund soon.

19th August I send a follow up email with no answer even though the tracking states delivered back to their warehouse.

Today 22nd August after trying to call on two occasions before 5 pm I am unable to speak to anyone so decide to raise a dispute with paypal.

Non existant customer service, I would avoid in future and pay a little extra for a more customer focused supplier.

UPDATE - no email from seller but a full refund issued by Paypal

Ordered an eglo pendant paid through PayPal didn't receive a delivery date which was odd as they didn't say items wasn't in stock after 5 days with no word of delivery emailed and was told items was coming into warehouse in 5 days so I would receive it in 7 after 8 emailed again asking where it was told itemn came in damaged and were sent back and would be back in in another 7 days asked what I wanted to do obviously asked for money back this company is less than honest doesn't tell you itemns are not in stock when ordering and you have to constantly email them to find out progress of your order I paid £2 more for the same items elsewhere that arrived in good condition 2 days after ordering steer clear of this company less than trustworthy.

This is the second order I have placed with Everything LED and both times have been completely satisfied with both product and the service.

Good communications, good delivery. One item had missing connector but good customer service and replacement sent next day post. Recommend for price and service
