I’ve been using everymeds since July…

I’ve been using everymeds since July 2025. I’ve lost 40 lbs and very happy with the process. There have been a few situations but all handled professionally and timely. While I’m disappointed with the switch to vials from the pen, I understand there is an availability issue. I trust the company is working to reinstate the pen as this is the main reason I went with everymeds. Hopefully supply will be made available again soon.

I had some issues trying to get my GLP…

I had some issues trying to get my GLP 1 meds this month, I had contacted them via email and on their portal. I finally called support and got Tyler who was so helpful. She walked me thru the whole process and actually helped me fill out the check in form. My script was approved in minutes. She is amazing

Corrected my being Charged Double in Error

I reordered the monthly order for weight loss medication and somehow the payment went through twice. I contacted Everymeds and spoke with Tyler who was most helpful. She escalated the issue and saw that I was fully reimbursed for the second charge which resulted in me being charged correctly. Tyler was very professional, efficient, and is to be commended for her excellent customer service skills. Thank you Everymeds.

I have been using the pen for about six weeks and have been very happy with the product. I submitted my order properly and the system failed. It also put two holds on my credit card. I won't know my level of satisfaction until the problem gets resolved and I receive my order. Additionally I chose everymeds because of the pen. I would like to know when it will be back.

Can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel services. I have called and just sat on hold for over 30 minutes and I have emailed with no reply back. Horrible company to deal with.

Impossible to cancel, scam company

I ordered with Everymeds and got my first months supply. I could not tolerate the medication and I went through the horrible process of cancelling my subscription which involved long hold times with customer service in ANOTHER COUNTRY! I was assured my account was cancelled but when signing in it continued to show active. I ended up just cancelling the credit card I had used so they could not bill me and then today several months later I was notified that my order is ready to ship.
This company is a scam! Stay away from them

Medication comes super easy and fast

Medication comes super easy and fast. I did have a difficult time trying to get a receipt that would submit to my HSA. I spoke with Tyler on the phone. She was super helpful and is trying to get me the proper documentation. Otherwise the medication worked great I lost 8 pounds my first two weeks.

EveryMeds Pens Out of Stock

After leaving a previous 5 star review on my initial experience I am now leaving a 3 star review based on my second order. The issue EveryMeds has now are no pen availability. The reason I subscribed to EveryMeds was specifically for their pen. The first month using the pen I had no.issues at all, very simple process just like the video. Could notneven feel the needle or the injection.

The solution they are using now is to send a vial amd give $100 off, total of $279. For the vials this is still expensive compared to other sites if you get a 3 month or 6 month subscription. If the pens are not back in stock by my next order will likely gontona cheaper source. I do not mind paying a little more fornthe pen. I have also found some pens where you can load the syringe and it then works the same. This is another option with a cheaper vial supplier.

I would like tosee response of what is happening with your pen shortage, how is it being addressed, and what is the timing you have been provided with the pen manufacturer. Someone should be in their plant 24/7 making sure they are doing all they can in production.
