I received my order in a timely manner. They had ran out of one of my items, and quickly worked to get the situation resolved, and complete my order. I am very happy with their customer service.

Purchased a fan months ago and still haven't received it

I LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS. THE STAND-UP ITEMS FOR ON YOUR DESK ARE WONDERFUL. i HAVE ORDERED THEM FOR ALL THE DIFFERENT HOLIDAYS AND JUST ORDER MORE FOR MY SISTERS. KEEP MAKING THOSE. ALSO LIKE THE 30 X 30 SIZE TO HANG AROUND MY HOUSE.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company. First time it happened, I just let it go. This time I have a HUGE order. They shipped a very miminal part of my order right off the bat. Great. Then I was waiting quite a bit and nothing. I emailed to ask what was up, and ah ha, 2 of my items were out of stock. Why not ship everything but those 2 items? Why not let me know? So this goes back and forth for awhile and everything gets shipped but those 2 items. I eventually pick out 2 other items because they refuse to give me a refund. And now I am still waiting- For them to ship the other 2 items. This is the never ending saga of an order I just want to be done with. I wish they would just refund me for the 2 items so I can be done with it.

Update- Well no such luck on a refund and based on other reviews, I was never destined to get one. I did receive my other items though. It seems the tracking they sent for my second package was actually for my third. So all in all I did receive items for the money I spent. They weren't everything I wanted and it did take about a full month. You will not get a refund, and you have to initiate any communication, but they do communicate with you once you do. I sadly will probably not shop with this company again.

I really like everdayedeals.com because they have great prices, a huge selection of diamond painting crafts and exceptional service. They are very prompt letting me know if an item I ordered is out of stock, so I have time to choose a replacement item. I also receive my orders sooner than I expect them. I plan on going a lot of shopping at everdayedeals.com
