I'm a first time buyer from this company. I am very happy with my Bangles diamond art. So much that I ordered 12 more NFL team mascot pictures. Didn't take too long to get my stuff and so far they have been very good on communication.

I got an email the day after I made a custom order to let me know my pic didn't upload. They sent me a link to add it. All worked out well. Friendly customer service. UPDATE******I haven't heard anything about my order. $ was received but no updates**********

i am not sure helped me when i wrote it that the beads were missing and i offered to pay for them. They did not ask me for the money they just said they would tell the factory to send me the beads and she answered me really fast

I ordered my diamond painting on Aug. 26th and it was very late. I finally decided to contact the company about the issue. They responded right away, and I was very pleased. They found out what had happened and took care of it right away. I got my diamond painting yesterday and I am very pleased. I don't know why I waited so long. I will be ordering from this company again. I know if there is a problem, I can count on them to check into the issue and take care of it.

I am so impressed with everydayedeals! I messed up the order and they straightened it out immediately. I have always ordered from them and am very happy with their diamond paintings! This company is the only one I order diamond paintings from.

I have never ordered from them but thought I would give it a try. I ordered quite a bit. One of the items was not in stock. They let me know right away and told me I could replace it with another item, which I did. The order arrived fairly quickly and their customer service is excellent. They respond very quickly. I will be ordering from them again.

Well I order what u thought was printed cross stitch but ut wasn't and wanted a refund or just to replace it but no help there

Love their products and their pricing. Much better than other similar sites. They react quickly to problems. One of the panels of a three tier rack was damaged and they quickly arranged for the replacement. I have always goteen responses within 24 hours of contacting them. I will be buying my diamond art projects through them for years to come. Very professional.
