I’m writing to share my frustration with the ongoing issues surrounding a family member’s prescription for an essential daily medication. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem, the refill process has been repeatedly delayed or mishandled, causing unnecessary stress and putting their health at risk.

Over the past week, I’ve had to contact customer service several times to correct errors with the order. Each time, I specifically requested one-day shipping to prevent interruptions in treatment, yet the request has either not been processed correctly or has been delayed without explanation. Most recently, I was even given a tracking number that didn’t work and told to call back later for help.

Reaching helpful customer service has been extremely difficult. Representatives have provided inconsistent information, and on multiple occasions, the call was disconnected before I could complete the promised feedback survey.

It’s unacceptable that a patient relying on a life-sustaining medication has to face these repeated problems. I’m asking for immediate attention to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and shipped on time, and for better communication from customer service moving forward. Patients deserve reliability and peace of mind when it comes to their medications.

Evernorth / Express Scripts is a disaster. They wait until the last possible moment to process and ship medications, and I just received notice of the date I am next allowed to refill my meds. It is a week too late. Customer service is okay sometimes, but more often than not, they are incompetent. One continued to argue with me, didn’t seem to have a grasp on processes, and honestly - I think I woke him. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, she continued to talk over me and repeat the same thing over and over. In the healthcare industry, this level of incompetence is not only detrimental, it is dangerous.

Very unprofessional company screwed the delivery of my shot for my knee two different times. Would not use them.

Ever north is a vendor phone transfer service when I called CIGNA to get authorization for a treatment. I need every six months to prevent brain damage. They refused to help me. I actually had one representative. Tell me that is not her problem and hang up with me. Why is it that CIGNA is outsourcing to a north and refuses to speak to customers instead of asking for CPT and diagnostic codes like I’m a medical professional they are the reason my medical care is delayed if there’s any long-term damage because of this, I will for sure be suing CIGNA and ever north

Called customer service when I noted a hold up in processing medication. Representative stated needed prior authorization, contacted MD office who received prior auth 9/29 and contacted EverNorth with that information. 10/7 and not processed yet, called and was told still didn’t have authorization, even though MD’s office went through info with them one week ago. Customer Service Rep very nice, but couldn’t seem to sort out the information. Not the first time this year. Re-enrollment soon, so quite ready to leave this company.

Horrible interaction with patients - Their lack of communication has a serious negative impact. I am now overdue on medication which is supposed to be taken every day or it won’t work.

Are they just out having coffee (or drinks) and collecting insurance money while providing no service? It’s weird, not to mention dangerous.

If you can avoid it, don’t even try to work with this company —- or put your attorney on speed dial.

Evernorth should be in the business my uncle passed away in there care because did not dose his medications correctly. He might of still been alive

I just filed my experience with MDLive which is associated with Evernorth according to emails I got with my engagement today. I won't repeat it here except to say my tragic MDLive experience is shared my many other posters.

I have filed a complaint with Cigna and plan to submit a grievance to Medicare. Several reviews highlight similar issues with this Cigna-affiliated service, and I’m astonished Cigna continues to partner with MDLive given these consistent problems. This will be my last encounter with them.

Health care is supposed to be provided with the utmost ethics. There is an absolute lack of following any type of ethical path within Evernorth, Express Scripts, Accredo, Cigna. This company is responsible for providing medication to a variety of patients with ailments from psychiatric and skin conditions to cancer patients that are extremely sick. They routinely withhold medicine from weeks to months at a time. Patient's are made to spend a minimum of 1 to 6 hours a day if not more on the phone trying to get their medicine to no avail. This company is abusing it's position and receiving kickbacks for these contracts. For someone whose entire career has been in commercial construction and married to a Union Carpenter I am very aware of how contracts are given out and this is a prime example of that. Ever North, Express Scripts, Accredo, Cigna whichever name you prefer, it is a national company that is hurting their people, and they keep changing the company name to distance themselves from their own terrifying reputation. Not one person in this company is actually helping or serving any community, they are reading the exact same talking points, and it is killing patients. I have spoken with different groups of people being affected by this and the one that stands out most is the group of family and friends of patients that have committed suicide due to medication being withheld from this company. Patients are dying daily due to this company's complete lack of ethics. It is extremely sad that no one cares or stands up to this disgraceful, unethical company.

I have been trying for 4 weeks to get my medication which I am to take weekly. Today I was on the phone for 2 hours and transferred to multiple people because I would not get off the phone until someone actually attempted to help me. Finally, the last person I spoke with refused to transfer me to anyone else or help me. She lied to me; told me that it would be against the law for her to know what the information the pharmacist had for my doctor, only to make the mistake of telling me what the question was. I choose at that point to end the call and contact you and my attorney.
