My first online scripts order
My first online scripts order, so had to learn the ropes and contact Mary at Evermed. I had to ring her 3 times in fact due to being unsure where my scripts were going to be delivered. Every time, Mary was ever so helpful, as was one of the Door Dashdrivers I spoke to. Being unable to get to the nominated Instant Scripts pharmacist, Mary enabled the scripts to be delivered to my home. Well done Mary and many thanks from me.

I would provide ZERO stars if I could
I would provide ZERO stars if I could, but 1 star is the lowest. Worst medicine delivery service possible. I have been waiting for 7 days for my medicine to be delivered now. They do not have a phone number to contact them on, and additionally they only respond to emails intermittently. I hope that other people don’t die waiting for their medication to be delivered. Don’t waste your time or money using them!

Convenient and quick
I am chronically sick. So being able to get my prescriptions without going out is wonderful. Evermed is always delivered quickly. It truly is so easy.

I ordered HRT patches
UPDATE- Evermed were quick to sort out my wrong delivery and I got my actual Branded medication after all. They are great with communicating if anything goes wrong!
I ordered HRT patches, got asked if I would go with Generic brand, I said I cannot go with Generic brand as Generic does not do anything for my Menopause symptoms. I then received my delivery, only for it to be the Generic brand I specifically stated, does not work for me! How do I go about getting a refund? I didn't pay $16 for medication that doesn't work for me, this is not fair, as now I have to suffer through unwanted symptoms of Menopause, and possibly find another online prescription delivery company that will actually deliver what the customer wanted in the first place!

Non-delivery of order and no communication
28/11/24 - Update
Evermed have responded to my review and refunded my order. I am appreciative of their responsiveness to my review and resolving the issue with my order.
I submitted my order on 5 November 2024. On 6 November 2024 my order was dispensed. I have not received my order and I paid for express post delivery.
I sent an email seeking advice on how to receive an update on my order on 11 November 2024. I have received no communication at all from Evermed. I am out of pocket for the cost of my order and express post delivery. Very frustrating.

Evermed have been in contact. After a rocky start (denial of liability) the CEO has promptly remedied the matter and provided a refund.
2 November 2024.
Ordered script online - everything was going well, until delivery (and I appreciate it was largely the delivery partner's issue). Expensive medication (over $500) was delivered in a temperature controlled vehicle, to a business premises, on a Saturday, with no iceblock or cooling packaging. Medication must remain below 30 degrees. It was in a black envelope, and left by delivery service in direct sunlight. No delivery notification was received (the tracking, 3 weeks later still states it is pending). It sat outside in direct sunlight for 2 days. Evermed have failed to respond (to 3 requests) for a refund, and an address to return the now spoiled expensive medication....radio silence.... and then zero customer service. Save yourself the bother - dont use them

Thanks for placing your order with Evermed. Your order was delivered by refrigerated courier to the address on your order and the delivery provider sent an SMS the day before with the expected delivery time. I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy about the experience you've received.
