I live in a small, remote town with the nearest pharmacy being a 30 min drive from me. Evermed was absolutely amazing, fast delivery and professional labelling and packaging. It is a lifesaver for me as I don’t have a drivers license. Thank you Evermed.

Meds never arrive and they take NO responsibility. Meanwhile you need your meds urgently! They are greedy business people who just refer you to terms and conditions! AVOID Evermed.

I have used Evermed for years and never had any complaints with their service, once had to contact them to assist with a lost delivery and their staff were responsive and helpful

When I went to pick up my click and collect after paying up front, the pharmacy stated the pricing wasn’t correct based off the script due to a PBS issue. I had to pay quite a bit extra at pick up. The pharmacy tried calling Evermed prior to my arrival to resolve the issue but they didn’t answer the phone nor make contact with the pharmacy.

The ordering process was simple and was done over my phone easily. And a medication arrived the following day which was a great surprise to me and very welcomed. Thank you.

Fast prompt service with Evermed only problem is Aus Post delivery can be a bit slow at times.
