It simply doesn't work
All I wanted to do was to order a repeat prescription. With Dr IQ it was really easy, then the worst thing happened. Evergreen took over. I tried and tried to order a repeat prescription but it's just not possible. You just go round and round the website. So I had to go out in the cold to visit my practice to order with the reception. I then reached out to Evergreen for support and the reply didn't help me in the slightest. It's frightening that people's health lies in the hands such an uncaring company.

Great service
I experienced some issues with the app due to an error by my surgery. The support I received from evergreen was excellent even liaising with surgery to get it resolved. They showed great patience

Logging in problem.
I had an issue logging in. I contacted customer support and they sorted the issue without fuss, in a efficient and professional manner. It's refreshing when someone can resolve an issue without endless questions and pointless blocking techniques.

It’s a very difficult app to use!
My wife and I both have letters on Evergreen that when we open have either very little or no content!
Some days it even it says invalid content but it changes daily but we never see the full letter.

Not fit for purpose of getting you in touch with a GP
Besides the wellbeing functions, that are much better on other wellbeing apps, the primary use should be access appointments with a GP. Unfortunately this is disabled in the app. Useless as even when you request a call back, it rarely happens, and if it happens it's not when you need it. I wonder how much costs the taxpayers.

Huge potential but so important how it is used
I don't think that there's anything wrong with the app, it's the way it's used by organisations it's licenced to.
The medical practice I'm registered with has switched to using the app. Every day I've used Evergreen for the past two months the practice shows up as offline, so not possible to have any contact with GP ... racks up profits for for the owners of the practice receiving funding from taxpayers to provide a service but finding a way 'closed' to avoid incurring the costs of providing that service (a bit like an airline where you pay for the ticket, they cancel the flight and refuse a refund - to my mind very close to theft).
So Evergreen is full of useful tips about the importance of hydration, exercise, eating healthy food, etc. - all of which are readily available elsewhere. It is useful for ordering repeat prescriptions.
What to me seems to be completely lacking, and I may be wrong, is any form of due diligence or monitoring by whoever developed the app of who they allow to use it and how it is used. In my opinion it shouldn't be being used to restrict people's access to contact with a GP - so in my opinion there shouldn't be a 'closed' option, a patient should always be able to log a request for help, advice, support, etc. and be advised (I think this is where AI comes in) how long to expect a response, or what to do if they feel a need to escalate it.
It is a wonderful tool for medical practices to be able to say 'we conform with the requirement to offer GP appointments over the internet', but if you read other feedback the important thing, the really important thing, seems to be what these taxpayer-funded medical practices are using it for, and why.

This is one of the least reliable apps I ever have to use- I have now lost count of the number of times it’s lost my details and can’t use biometric login. That works with everything else so no it’s not a security feature it’s just login failure. The idea that this system could be useful to someone not tech-savvy is risible.

Consistently fails, poor content
Consistently poor login - regularly logs out then won't accept an existing password. Clearly access problems with the portal and this isn't to protect your data - it's because running a reliable site is more difficult. Content is also poor - rubbish about "wellness" before you reach anything useful like prescription renewals, test results or appointment booking.
