It's hell trying to set this app…
It's hell trying to set this app up. After a number of attempts, I've been told I need an 'online registration document' to set up the app. Didn't know what they meant by this and was then told it was 'a letter from the GP which contains a number of codes'. I gave up when that was what I was advised, as I knew how hard that would be to obtain - it's generally pretty hard getting through by phone. I'll just have to find other ways of accessing services. I wish they'd thought about this - it doesn't seem fair to expect GP surgeries to carry out such a high level of administration, especially when the original app (Dr IQ) was working pretty well. I wish they'd also considered groups of people who'd find all this really hard - e.g. those who aren't tech/app savvy.

If your medication is due for review, this will be removed from the list in the app until your GP has reviewed it and updated their clinical system. Once done, the medication will then reappear for you to order.

It took 2 days to order a repeat prescription as it kept insisting that I was using illegal characters in my ‘notes’ section - I deleted the app, reinstalled it (with bug fixes) and it worked fine …
