After almost 1,5 Years I still didn't recieve my refund (1,385€)
And now I see them Closing their old Website and deleting all Accounts so you can't even Check your order. THe support is a complete shell aswell and there is no way to contact.
In their FAQ Section is not a single link, and they're still acting like there is no problem, and keep selling.

I had bought from February 2018. Requested for a refund as they did not deliver the item and delaying and delaying. It is already July 2019 and there is still no refund. This is the worst scamming company ever.

Ordered a device in December 2017. It was never sent. Opted for a refund in July 2018, still not reimbursed (more than one year later).

This company is obviously a scam.

I apologize for every typo that occurs in this post. I am writing this review on V keyboard in BT mode and it is faulty. I won't correct those typos so you can see what I have to deal with on random occasions.

I don't want to spend the whole day describing in detail my experience so I'll do bullet points:
- 14 month waiting period
- non-existent support which promised me a replacement and went radio silent. The Forum Admin told me that even they have problems with communication with support.
- the company is registered in China, not Finland as initially thought. Thus, they do not have to comply with European refund policies. And they don't.
- The forum is being filtered and censored without giving you the reason. It was only after I contacted teh Admin that he told me a vague reason for removing my posts. My posts were biased against the company and filled with typos caused by the keyboard. I reckon they simply don't want negative, albeit fair and accurate description of the situation on their company forum.

Summing up, I regret betting on the underdog, trying to support an up-and-coming company of youngsters. From now on, against my beliefs but with my sanity and hard earned money in mid, I will only support big, established tech producers.

I should have gone Apple, even though tey weird me out.

I also ordered in December 2017. When the company offered refunds last year due to delivery delays,I requested a refund....but I have yet to receive one. I had maxed out memory and accessories so the have stolen >$2000 from me.

Do not get involved with Eve-Tech!
On my first device, the screen went broken overnight. The second device went dead by just pluggin in the power supply.
The support only send meaningless answers and unfulfilled promises.
Waiting for my replacement device for over one year now.

I placed an order back in Dec 4th 2017 with this company for a Surface pro like laptop tablet worth $1,259 (including some accessories). Unfortunately they never got a chance to deliver the device, and after about 6-7 months, they offered everyone whos been waiting to apply for a refund, which i did. But till this day i havent received my refund either... But surprisingly they still accept new orders in their website. You can go to their website right now and donate them some money and not expect anything in return.

I emailed customer support many times, they just say they'r super sorry and all and that they are working on it. After 5 months from now, it will be 2 years i gave them my hard earned money.

I think they are in a point where they only process refunds after paying all the employees and the business expenses, which might take years if not decades to process all the people they deceived. Just google "eve v refund" and you'll see how many people all over the world are waiting for their money. This is becoming a serious issue and soon there will be a lawsuit against them.

Absolutely avoid this company. They took the money of many, many people, never delivered the promised hardware, and have still not issued refunds 16 months after ordering. It's criminal fraud and theft, in my opinion. Do not give these people your money no matter what empty promises they make.

I bought an Eve V in desember 2017, got a "dead" one, and have since beeing fighting Eve-tech to get my money back. A lots of sweet promeses and no action. Now I have contected the Hong Kong Custumer Counsil, and they have made contact to Fortress Tech Distribution - as the formal seller of Eve computers - and they now have agreed to cansel my order and give me my money back.
So contact the consumer counsil in Hong Kong for help.
Eve-Tevh Oy in Finland is working from a non existente adress, with no phone number and no email. The founder, Konstantinos
Karatsevidis (greek-ukrainina) is not to be found i Finland. He is the CEO and obly menber of the board i Eve-Tech Oy.

In short: they're trustworthy and try their best, the product is great but think before purchasing.

The V started as a crowdfunding campaign and suffered delays. Whoever wasn't expecting that made a bad purchase decision. Regarding delays of the normal sales after that: mistakes on Eve's side, yes that didn't go well.
However, I've met some of the staff personally and know they give their best for their customers and they've managed to turn things around. Buying a V right now ships really fast and is a good purchase in my opinion.
Regarding future products I'm excited of what's to come, I'm certain they've learned from their mistakes and I know they have better funding now. They have my trust for another purchase, if it's your last dimes I'd still recommend considering it with a bit of caution. Eve tech is not the giant company we sometimes wish it was.

Ordered my V on November 2016 and got it in December 2017, but I knew I was signing up for a crowd-created and crowd-sourced product. It's an incredible device and I'd recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Super fast delivery and a great tech community to talk about problems with the device and create new devices.

Waited a little over a year to receive the Eve V. It broke in less than a month (kickstand), and I had the pleasure of waiting a little more than 6 months for a replacement. Others have not been so fortunate and are still waiting for their device to be delivered or for a refund - See the Eve V reddit page for other customer's experiences.

There is no reason to buy from this organisation - the product is mediocre and outdated and they have little regard for paying customers.

Ordered a unit in 2017. Still unfulfilled. Contacted customer service many times over the last year. Still no delivery date or even estimate available.
By now I'm convinced it's a scam.

I ordered and paid a tablet on 4 December 2017, the estimated delivery was Jan/Feb 2018. After months of delays, empty promises and excuses from Eve's management, I finally cancelled the order in June 2018 and asked for a refund. I have not received any money or heard back from them since then.

Hard to tell if they are fraudsters or just incompetent and dishonest.

This company is running a failed laptop ponzi scheme ..

Spent 1,649.00 USD on January 24, 2018.

A year later I still dont have the money and the device is nowhere to be seen.

Rien reçu et pas remboursement en dépit des promesses permanentes.
Sur le papier moins cher mais très cher pour ne rien recevoir..
Des voleurs, menteurs et escrocs.
Scandaleux.
Avec Microsoft c'est sérieux et on a qq en face en cas de soucis..

Cela fera 1 an en janvier que j'ai commandé et payé un ordinateur Eve-v livrable en mars. Annulation de commande et demande de remboursement début juillet. Depuis plus de nouvelles sauf si on les interpelle auquel cas il réponde que ça ne dépend pas d'eux et que ça va bientôt arriver!!!
Une action de groupe serait bienvenue avant qu'il dépose.

If this is not a scam software. It is just really bad at doing what they are doing.

They do not deliver anything. I'm actually sure my 1200€ is lost and the company will go under.

They have now had my money for more than a year. They have failed to deliver a product for 6 month and they have failed to refund money for another six month.

The only reason I have not yet reported them to the police is because I have a small slimmer hope that I can get my money back some day if it turns out to not be a scam company.
