Bought a Eve V laptop for my daughter back in July 2019. Received it less than a week later, and we were quite happy with it.

However, 3 months in, daughter dropped it on the floor, resulting in a broken screen. Since then, we have requested a repair, just to find out that THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A SERVICE LINE IN PLACE.

Most expensive computer in my lifetime...

DON´T BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE GOING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY

I bought a computer in Jan 2018 an after a year of excuses i opted for a refund that i never received. Emailed them thousends of times and the always reply with a bot saying nothing, but last months not even that.
They close the old website and cant even log in in my account. New website is "evedevices"

Still waiting on my refund...third year now.. Leadership - Konstantinos and Thuukka..both have failed miserably and have clearly indicated that they do not want to solve their consumer issues.. they keep blaming others...This company is bordering on criminal...and NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY FROM THEM. I wish there was a way that other consumers in the same position could band together and do some sort of class action law suit against them and their investors.

Was fascinated from the idea behind eve in the beginning. Waited one year for delivery. Finally got the device in April 2019. Unfortunatly i manged to break my screen a month later. Asked Eve-support for a repair quote. in May 2019 they told me that a repair center will be up an running in the near future. Up to today nothing happened and support went simply silent. Summary: no support available. I will clearly never buy an eve-product again - much to risky!

Got Scammed by EVE. Laptop never delivered for over 2 years.

I live in Spain and I purchased my Eve V in January 2018. It's now March 2020 and I, too, have still neither received my Eve or my refund!! Having all my mails to them ignored for over a year now, I've been pushed around from consulates to embassies and still no joy!! PayPal are refusing to help me and I can't afford to pursue it legally alone... Can anyone advise me on how we can secure our refunds?? This is crazy and has to come to an end!!

Ordinateur Eve commandé en décembre 2017. Jamais reçu et pas de remboursement malgré de nombreuses relances. Ne prennent même plus la peine de répondre à mes mails.

I don't know how they lost the money they were supposed to use for actually delivering a product. And I don't care. I have ordered and paid for a tablet in May 2018 and never got it. Now they remove all posts regarding thei failures (all kinds of, actually), keep on selling vaporware and not carring that hundreds, even thousands maybe customers didn't get what they paid for. Would you say "scammres" is a harsh word to describe them? In this case, YOU pay for one tablet, wait for two years untill they stop answering your emails, then come back here and comment.

I was one of the early buyers of the Eve V from the crowdfunding days. Computers comes over a year late. Computer then breaks. Took months for them to replace. Replacement has issues that eventually see the computer break again. I was fed up and wanted a refund as it was affecting my business. They refused to refund me or guarantee a replacement in good time. Had to claim it off insurance. Company promised so much but I like many other early customers was massively let down.

These people should go to jail.
1 year waiting for a solution. Today still waiting.
Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. They get the money and disappear.
I can´t believe that they are still selling laptops. I think that they change the name of the company to go on stealing from people.
Facebook shouldn´t allow them to do advertising on social media.
It is really frustrating to see their ads when they are clearly ripping off people.

I thought it was a great idea, a great product and was one of the early backers. Bought their best configuration. It worked for 2-3 month :-(
I have promised a warranty replacement every 2-3 months for almost two years, but nothing happened. I even asked if they would repair it at my own cost, no answer.
So the Eve V ended up being the most expensive paper weight I have ever seen.

Do NOT buy the Eve V unless you don’t need it, and if you do anyway then pray that it never fails, because Eve V don’t care when they have your money!

This company is pure garbage. I was one of the first Eve Backers. I was a bit luckier and as a first Backer I received the Product after 2 Years, pretty late, but at least had it. After 2 Months the Device stopped working and doesn't turn on. Since one year I have a lot of unreplied tickets from this company. They even went so far to demand me to pay the repair, even still I have warranty. But I won't give any more money to this company.

This is clearly a scam scheme. Dont buy anything from them. When you post something bad about the company in their Forum, which is true, your Message gets deleted by the company Staff.

Seriously never had to deal with a company that bad in my Life.
They even went so far to switch their Name from "Eve Tech" to "Eve Devices", because the Chinese Manufacturer filed a Lawsuit for not paying and PayPal for fraud.

I bought a computer on March 2018 and it never arrives. I waited until December 2018 when they gave me the possibility to choose a Refund of the money. I payed 1274€ on this device and never received also the Refund. I have no device and no money back. I just lost 1274€ for this company. Please, don´t buy nothing from them.

I won’t bore anyone with excessive details but I’d find it immensely hard to recommend a company selling a product (in my case the elusive Eve V) that has yet to deliver a product or a refund to me since ordering in December 2017.

I gave them the benefit the doubt about them shipping and subsequently receiving the device till October 2018 before opting for the refund, nearly 1 year and 2 months later and still no refund, if you try to contact them about it you just get seemingly automated messages from support or silenced on their forums, they literally don’t care about anyone who ordered with their previous distributors of Fortress Tech.

I very much doubt I’ll get my £1100 back at this stage so I’m happy to just warn others of what they might expect from them. It’s not just myself either, head to the EveV sub on Reddit and there is a lot of users in a similar position.

If I could I’d give them 0 stars but sadly that’s not an option!

Stay away from this stuff.
The idea is good, the rest is not.

Got the Eve-V, it stopped working after few months.
The company does not reply or can not be contacted in any way,
I got BANNED from their Facebook Group after 1 minute, because I wrote that the company does not reply and that I do not encourage anyone to buy anything from them.

I came here to try to get visibility to my and others' situation, hoping to help preventing other people to fall into such death trap,

By the way
1) the power brick didn't work out of the box, I got a replacement and they forgot the EU adapter, and the old one didn't fit because they changed slightly the shape. So no working power brick.
2) one of the 2 keyboards I purchased was not working properly, never heard from them anymore, never got a replacement.

Waiting Refund since September 2018, bought device in December 2017. Customer service no longer bothers to answer emails.

I recieved a laptop after a long waiting time but i send it back to get a refund. I'm one of the early backers and this is over two years now.

I got a last respond early this year but sense that silence.

Ordered a device in december 2017, never received it or a refund. Also they closed the old website, old support. they never answer emails and continue scamming people. dont trust, dont buy and dont support

I have ordered my EVE V in April, 2018, and still haven't it delivered yet.
This makes me really sad and think they are scam. I haven't gotten any masseges since 2month.
The only thing i get is their sale E-Mails with special offers for their supscribers.

I recomand everybody not to buy anythink of this company. You will never get your Items.
