Are you serious that in 2024 you are broadcasting Eurosport player On Demand in low quality?? Did you already notice that there is HD available?

Live coverage of the Thiem/Auger match at the Australian Tennis Open stopped half way through the 4th set ,- message on screen said " this video is no longer available" What!!! - if you're going to show a match, show the entire thing,- no explanation given Absolutely ridiculous - not the first time this has happened - wife fuming. Sort this out- they probably won't, as I've read a similar comment from 2022 - Nadal/ Federer match. Complete incompetence and no idea of customer care.

Eurosport app on my Samsung tv does not let me change (the language icon is not there anymore) commentator language . i am from Greece, paid my subscription using Greek card, and the commentator language is Serbian which i cannot change .

Why can I no longer search programs per day anymore. Also it is super annoying that The title of the highlight video’s already spoil the outcome of the race… ruins the fun of watching it. Will no longer renew my subscribtion.

The background noise is awful, and after 10 years of complaints it seems the company are only interested in profit, not customer satisfaction!

Me han hecho pensar q era la conexión y todo, cuando todas las aplicaciones del Mi Box funcionan a la perfección. Me dicen desde desatencion al cliente q pruebe no se cuantas chorradas para q vaya mejor. Que les envíe un video de la incidencia... de cual de ellas?! pués no sé como!? Lamentable, así q el último año q me subscribo.

Tengo Eurosport para ver el ciclismo. Lo tengo establecido sin spoilers. Pues estoy cansado de abrir la tablet o el móvil ya que en un televisor LG no acepta Eurosport, y que lo primero que salga en pantalla es el ganador de la etapa del día. Cuando acabe el periodo de suscripción lo dejo y cambiaré a otra plataforma.

Paid tried to use Eurosport via Discovery + and Amazon eventually got it on Eurosport.com online. Spent ages trying to get it to play,I’m in Portugal it tells me its not available in my location.It’s a complete joke of a service.The game timings are wrong matches have started they say they have not.You always have to turn on the sound.Please someone competent get a grip of tennis.Football coverage makes it look like amateur hour.

Me están cobrando mensualmente algo que y debería estar dado de baja. Es muy difícil o imposible encontrar donde darme de baja. Es una posible estafa, porque no hay manera ni siquiera de saber desde que cuenta me cobran.

The website user interface is terrible. I cannot find how to pay to subscribe. The 'account' tab gives no options. There is now navigable way around the website.

Ich habe den Player seit letztem Dezember, ich liebe Ihn über alles. Vorallem Die Inhalte mit Englischem Kommentar liebe ich sehr und dass man soviel auf Englisch bekommt finde ich richtig super, mehr Englische Inhalte, ich liebe es. Bitte weiter so.

Jeg har nu prøvet at opsige mit abonnement efter den opskrift Eurosport Player har givet her på Trustpilot.
Men den virker ikke. Man bliver ledt hen til en side hvor man skal besvare en lang række spørgsmål. Men der er ingen steder på siden hvor man kan opsige sit abonnement.
Det er utroligt at Eurosport kan slippe afsted med det.
Jeg imødeser gerne et svar fra Eurosport Player, hvor man kan opsige sit abonnement.

Why is there no comentry on the WSB. Sat waiting for the race and no commentry. We only use eurosport for WSB paying extra Really Really Dissapointed

Eurosport subscription on Roku taken out just to watch the Grand Tours. Giro ok BUT we are back on ITV highlights as the tour has consistently failed to load. We can watch other events but no tour. Customer service appallingly unhelpful. UNSUBSCRIBE

I am just watching (or attempting to) the Tour de France and have just listened to the commentary by Carlton Kirby and Adam Blythe. They are discussing how the fantastic pictures are coming to us, the viewers, from the hard work of the video and drone operators not forgetting the motorcyclists. I am just wondering who is receiving these fantastic pictures because my TV isn't. All I am receiving is a blur. I can't see the numbers on the backs of riders. I used to be able to distinguish who was who but not any more. The only thing good about the channel is the fact that all the problems I experienced earlier this year such as picture freezing, bits of picture in picture scenes which didn't make any sense seem to have been ironed out. The resolution seems to have been drastically lowered so a pin sharp picture is out of the question. One would ask if you went to a store to buy a new TV and the picture quality was anything like I am watching there is no way you would waste your money. This afternoon we will be watching British Superbikes - well don't get me started on that. If Eurosport can't keep up with cyclists they have no chance of keeping up with motorbikes. It will just be another blur. Save your money.

2. Showing loads of spam/ads on paid subscription account
3. Horrible video quality
4. Horrible audio quality on videos ( unsynced stereo )

The only question is why does it still exist.

I got to episode 19 of the Giro d'Italia - biggest mountain stage - and bang! Neither stage 19 nor stage 20 available. Words can't describe how utterly fed up I am. Why pay to watch the beginning of a race but not the end?
