The website is designed by a 4 year old. You have to search, search and search just to find a program that was aired a couple of hours ago. Try to use the search function for UFC or superbike and you will get nothing!
It's also very hard for them to differentiate superbike and supersport. Hey Eurosport! try to check the proven systems from other streaming services, maybe you can learn something. Please read it slowly I think its already hard enough for you just to design a simple streaming platform, so I don't want you to think this is a compliment. (a 1 star review doesn't mean your first) Ciao!

Dreadful dreadful dreadful since the change in App’s and now no longer being able to stream from the Apple TV - have to watch it via the iPad app and throw it to the big screen.

As for splashing the results of the event you want to watch all over the place —- JUST DON’T!!

Le pire étant la doublette Fréderic SAHAKIAN, Steve CHAINEL. Les deux réunis, c'est terrifique!!!
Alors maintenant la nouvelle appli en rajoute encore.
Certains évènements ne sont pas proposé avec les commentaires en français (alors qu'ils sont bien en français sur le E1 ou E2), le mode recherche n'existe plus et le cast revient systématiquement au départ si tu change de Tv (entre cuisine et salon par ex!).
Comment on peut autant en avoir rien à faire de ces clients????

So anoying that eurosport 1 can't tell the difference between supersport and superbike race, writing in the tableau that it is superbike and then resend the same supersport race 4 times daily

The change from E/Player is not an improvement I want to watch a catchup of the latest Cyclocross event but the result is the first thing to show .Why put the result up as a headline this wasn't done before so leave us to watch the races and enjoy the outcome. Seems it's the same for all sports, put the results under News.

Terrible coverage of the Australian Open. Martches all jumbled together, some spread over more than one slot and you have to search through the broadcast to find the match you're looking for. Possibly to the worst thing is that some matches just stop and you can't get the rest of them anywhere. This is even happend with the Tsitsipas semi final, unbelievable!! Amazon prime coverage was far better organised. Really poor show, considering you have to pay for it.

Since Eurosport stopped the App the experience is awful. Scrolling down on the website to try to find cycling races, on the road or cyclo cross stages is utterly AWFUL.
I paid for a full year subscription in late September and now after 4 months i have to scroll down a silly menu to try to fond a cycling race. Some of th3 taces are almost impossible to find. 5 years on the app and now we are down to a daft stupid silly website. What is the l’an EUROSPORT PEOPLE .????? Keep this website or reintroduce an App???? Please answer us

Signed up for Australian Open Tennis. Very frustrated with limited coverage, unclear what matches are available, limited replays. Also no video settings to help customers adjust if they don't have enough bandwidth for full HD. Compared to other providers at other slams, this is a very inferior set up. I use Firefox and stream a lot of different channels, Eurosport is the only one that gives me problems with freezing/buffering. When contacted help centre was told to use Chrome for best signal, but why? No reason why it should not be able to work on Firefox.

Had to subscribe to Discovery Plus to get the Australian Open tennis. I can barely afford this. Already subscribed to Prime to get previous Open matches. I’m disgusted with the coverage - no commentary on many games, including Norrie’s 5 setter today. No coverage of Norrie’s previous match. Format for access to specific games is random and not always accurate. Prime coverage was so much better.

Absolutely awful. Cannot believe this is the platform chosen for grand slam tennis. Just tried to watch the Murray kokkinasis match. No commentary, did not even know where to watch it. Confusing app in terms of directing you to the right game. Way, way behind Sky and Prime in terms of quality of platform. Will not be renewing my monthly trial (said the same thing last year and nothing has changed so clearly do not take customer reviews seriously). How in the world does grand slam tennis accept this as their platform to spread tennis across the world. Shameful!

I have to watch via Amazon Prime and Discovery Plus extra subscription.
There are several live matches.
I can add them to my watch list.
There is no commentary on any of them!
If I scroll right down I can find the Eurosport 1 AO coverage on one match. In this case the Coco Gauff match. That does have commentary!
What about Kyle Edmund v Jannick Sinner, Pegula, Collins matches etc?
Amazon Prime do a much better job, why Eurosport getting the rights and then not covering the matches adequately?

Delving into the matches that are marked Eurosport extra 1, 2, 3, 4 they actually crash my TV's Amazon prime app, so it becomes totally unresponsive and I have to reload the app from the beginning to get control again!
I also get an endless loading swirly and blank grey and black screen when trying to view certain matches! The Coco Gauff one for example.
TV is a Panasonic 50" smart TV.

Will this improve during the 2 weeks?

Crap. Awful menu. Content only viewable for a day. have subscribed for last 3 years but definitely won´t renew. Shame as cycling is only available here....but I´m not paying 40euros a year just to watch that. Will watch the limited but free coverage on normal TV. Less hassle, easier to watch and not owned by Amercians.

Terrible. Menu navigation inconsistent. Trying to find anything other than tennis very difficult and the editing of highlights must be done random on time alone. Can't believe someone has been paid to do this, my dog could do better

Jeg kunne ikke opsige mit abonnement på normal vis, da jeg havde købt gennem Google Play. Derfor skulle jeg ind via Google Play og opsige aftalen. Fint nok. Men her var app'en ikke at finde på oversigten over apps og abonnementer.

Derfor kontaktede jeg kundeservice, som må siges at være den mest uduelige kundeservice-afdeling, jeg til dato har truffet. "Liam" forklarede mig det, jeg allerede vidste, jeg skulle gøre. Da jeg forklarede, at det ikke virkede, fik jeg blot at vide, at det ikke var deres problem, da det var gennem en tredjepart, jeg havde tegnet abonnement. De fralagde sig alt ansvar og sagde, at de ikke havde redskaberne til at opsige mit abonnement – det tvivler jeg godt nok på.

Blev i stedet opfordret til at kontakte Google, men det ved de fleste af os godt er noget nær umuligt, og da jeg gjorde "Liam" opmærksom på dette fik jeg at vide, at det "kunne være en uforstående opgave" for mig at kontakte Google. Sikken arrogance.

Jeg fandt selv løsningen ved at fabriksnulstille min telefon, så den håbløse app kunde findes i Google Play-oversigten. Desværre betød det, at jeg mistede en del filer fra telefonen.

Alt sammen, fordi Eurosport Player "ikke har værktøjerne" til at opsige mit abonnement for mig. Herre Jemini.

Recorded the snooker northern Irish open semi final and before the game finished it just ends. Nearly 4hrs in and I can’t watch the end. Really annoyed.

Recently ended very misleading and frustrating. All the time you think you are watching replay of WSB but snooker is on instead. Will cancel the contract

En mi opinión deja bastante que desear ayer tuve un corte de casi 3 horas el cual se solventó solo les escribí un correo y me contestaron por la tarde dándome a entender que la culpa es de mi tv, nada más lejos de la realidad, aparte me dice que mande test de velocidad versión tizen de la tela y no se cuantos tecnicismos más,¿para qué pagamos?, cuando hay un error nos ningunean y el tema del idioma ya ni hablar pones el partido que anuncia comentarios en español y lo emiten en inglés.
Seguramente sera tambien por mi "versión de tizen" o algo asi.
Señores de eurosport player ponganse las pilas y resuelvan sus problemas.

I have been watching the cycling in Croatia and am appalled to see some riders discarding their rubbish into the countryside where there are no bystanders to pick it up. This practice should be firmly stopped with fines,this sort of behaviour is bad for the planet and should be stamped out —- only use the proper bin areas like the Tour de France.

Subscribed to Discovery+ /Eurosport on my Amazon Prime account for one thing only, and that was to watch Federer/Nadal vs Tiafoe/Sock in Federer's final match in the 2022 Laver Cup. Broadcast just stopped in the second set before the end of the match. The replay even ends part way through the second set. Have cancelled my Discovery+ subscription immediately. The concept of watching sports is that it is most exciting near the end but Eurosport does not seem to respect that at all. Very very dissapointed.

Dieser Streaming-Service ist einfach nur der größte Müll, den man sich vorstellen kann. Ständig hält der Stream plötzlich an, weil keine Daten vom Server mehr kommen! Irgendwann wird dann eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt: "In der Kommunikation mit dem Server ist ein Fehler aufgetreten" Man kann größtenteils die Videos gar nicht vollständig ansehen. Diese Inhalte dann aber zu bewerben und dafür Geld zu kassieren, ist im Prinzip Betrug. Ich habe eine 100% stabile, 1000 Mbit Internetverbindung, Win11, High-End-PC und auch bei keinem einzigen anderen Streaming-Angebot irgendwelche Probleme, d. h. es ist definitiv ein Problem seitens des Anbieters. Diese technischen Probleme gibt es schon seit Jahren, aber es wird einfach nichts daran geändert, weil es den Verantwortlichen schlicht scheißegal ist, denn sie verdienen auch so einen Haufen Geld. Wenn ich den bezahlten Betrag nicht umgehend zurückerhalte, werde ich Strafanzeige erstatten.
Ähnlich ist es mit den Spoilern. Wie schwer ist es bitte, endlich einmal einen "spoiler-free"-Modus einzubauen??!!? Extrem rücksichtslos den Kunden gegenüber. Aber den Anbieter interessiert das Null!
Einfach nur das Letzte!
