I do not recommend shopping from this website. They have mistaken my order and tried to convince me that everything was okay when I could clearly see that instead of sending me posters on Photopaper, they had sent me posters on a sticker. Their customer support was very poor and unpolite.

Avevo comprato vari poster attirata dal sito e dai prodotti molto belli: il mio pacco è andato perso! Nonostante anche il corriere l'avesse ammesso, non mi hanno più risposto né si sono offerti spontaneamente per un rimborso o rimandarmi i poster, neanche durante la contestazione aperta tramite PayPal (per fortuna avevo pagato tramite loro!). Ho dovuto convertire così la contestazione in reclamo e PayPal mi ha rimborsata visto che avevo tutte le prove di ciò che era accaduto... Ma cosa sarebbe successo se avessi acquistato direttamente? Sconsigliatissimi!

I ordered a second time from the website and again I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Outstanding quality, very well packed and delivered. Customer service was very helpful too. So I'm sure I will be ordering in the future again.

Compré varias láminas en esta página porque me garantizaban tenerlas como tarde el 9/9/22, las necesitaba para una inauguración. Nunca llegaron. Estamos a 27 y me dicen que cuando reciban las láminas de vuelta me devuelven el dinero.... Yo no he tenido nunca esas láminas !!!

I bought several prints on this page because I was guaranteed to have them no later than 9/9/22, I needed them for an inauguration. They never arrived. We are at 27 and they tell me that when they receive the sheets back they will return my money.... I have never had those sheets !!!

Ive been looking for nice decorative posters to put up in my room for a little bit now, couldnt really find websites that sold them that fit my budget. I found Europosters and orders 4 posters (there was a buy 3 get one free) and later I decided to look at the reviews of the website. I saw reviews talking about horrible customer service and bad quality so i got worried but decided to see the final product since the email i received after ordering said it should arrive around the 5th of september. I was pleasantly suprised with the product. All posters were great condition. Only issue i had is one of the posters was A4 but thats on me for not checking the size. Im extremely happy with what I received.

The Poster are packaged very badly. They are in a sandwich of papers and tight scotch tape. To remove the scotch tape you risk to damage the Posters as happened to me....I contacted the support but they did not seem to care at all... Stay away!

im from ireland and i ordered my posters off europosters.ie and they arrived about a week after i ordered them. they arrived perfectly. very happy, worth the shipping cost.

pessimo site, dizem que tem os produtos em varios tamanhos e tipos de material por exemplo > autocolante, tela etc e simplesmente mentira, quando adiciona um produto num tamanho em autocolante, ele adiciona em fotografia. este site é um puro engano a todos os clientes, é preciso ter muito cuidado a adicionar produtos e verificar os mesmo produtos que foram adicionados no carrinho quando for pagar..
CUIDADO !!!!

extremely illegal business practice. they pretend to be in uk but they are in Czech Republic. they say that items can be returned but in fact you cannot return them. they are a waste of space and waste of money. they certainly will get done for their illegal business practice in one or the other way

tutto in ordine, ordinato 4 poster in offerta, con relative bacchette per appenderli.
spedizione (costosetta) ma puntuale e tutto è arrivato intero. la qualità dei poster è decisamente consona

I have made 2 orders with them. I had a problem with both orders. They ghosted me both times.
1. Ordered some posters and 2 large frames. I frame came warped and with a broken corner. I emailed them and they replied asking for evidence. I sent photos. They ghosted me. I emailed again and got no reply.
2. Ordered a calendar for 2022 as a Santa gift for my daughter. Sometime in january as she was flipping through it we realised that there was no February. They had printed April twice. I contacted the company and was told that any claim should have been made with 2 weeks of receiving the item!

Will jot be ordering again. Stay away.

Man SKAL give mindst 1 stjerne - MEN - jeg vil sætte minus foran, så svarer det langt bedre til min oplevelse med Europosters.

Jeg har rykket flere gange efter at have bestilt og fået leveret et printet lærred.
Jeg opdagede en fejl (det drejer sig om en simpel kemisk formel) og gjorde efterfølgende Europosters pænt og ordentligt opmærksom på fejlen, og bad om at få efter-leveret en korrekt udgave.
Jeg har INTET (lige som i SLET INTET) hørt retur.

Me siento estafada. Del pedido, sólo me llegó un artículo de los tres. Presenté una reclamación por email y me dijeron que toda la mercancía se había mandado y que tenían confirmación de recepción. Un timo.

First of all they left a phone number on their website where they say "only English". I call the number and they hold me on the phone for 5minutes straight and speak some different language to each other ignoring me. Then they just put the phone down. This action repeats. I was polite and kindly asked for support.

Don't use!

Lo peor, pague más para que el pedido llegase en 4 días laborales por UPS y tenerlo para reyes y con tiempo, y ahora me escriben para decir que llega el día 10 de enero… 11 dias laborales después.. encima ni contestan telefono ni email. Son unos estafadores

Disappointed with the customer support and lack of clarity between the address you provide as the cardholder and the shipping address supplied via PayPal. I paid £6.99 for a poster to be sent to my nephew only for it to arrive at my house. I raised this with customer support (Sabina H) who was terse and unhelpful. I stated I'd return the poster at their cost if they could please redeliver to the shipping address given. I've no intention of duping them whatsoever. They showed me a screenshot of the shipping and invoice address which they have and this was not present when I filled out the buyers form, so they've assumed my address is for both, which is where the issue arises. Had I input my nephews address, this would have been the invoicing address, which is incorrect. This is very misleading and I'm disappointed with their lack of support or intentions to help me rectify it at no further cost, especially when shipping was clarified through PayPal. I won't be using europosters again as they're not willing to support a genuine mistake and rectify it in their order forms.

Bad quality of the items. The goods were damaged when it was delivered.

I have tried 6 month to contact them, but no response at all. I will never use this company again.

After having read some of the other reviews of Europosters I wonder if they bought from the same company as I did. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. It was an easy process, with no problems whatsoever. The wall mural panels arrived very very quickly; I am especially impressed given that I live in the United States and the order shipped from Europe.
I received timely emails about the status of my purchase, and it arrived a few days ahead of the scheduled day ( I was even alerted to this early delivery). So I must say I am sorry for the experience of others with Europosters but, for myself, I could not be more pleased.

La mia esperienza personale con Europosters è stata super positiva. Ho ricevuto l'ordine 1 giorno prima della data stimata di consegna (ho scelto l'opzione con corriere GLS).

Imballaggio perfetto fatto con la massima cura per evitare che i prodotti all'interno si rovinassero (alcuni portachiavi, una tazza e un poster senza cornice) e così è stato!

Gli articoli sono originali al 100% e corrispondono a quello che effettivamente avevo ordinato anche con le giuste quantità.

La qualità del poster la definirei ottima per l'immagine e buona per il tipo di carta; non aspettatevi una super qualità anti spiegazzature perché non è rigido ma a mio parere i poster sono proprio così. Fate attenzione a come li maneggiate e al limite con una cornice si evita di rovinarli oltre che sono più belli esteticamente.

Mi dispiace vedere tutte queste recensioni negative nei loro confronti ma dalla mia esperienza personale lo consiglierei sicuramente!

Questo è il mio giudizio: 0/10 (zero su dieci).
Assolutamente e fortemente insoddisfatto.
Si sono dimostrati del tutto inaffidabili.
Non credete neppure a una parola di ciò che dicono.
Ho ricevuto una stampa artistica con la cornice, ma senza alcuna laminazione, senza alcuna pellicola trasparente, senza alcun tipo di qualsivoglia "materiale" destinato alla protezione della stampa in sostituzione del classico vetro. 
Figuratevi che, sul loro sito, il fantomatico "materiale" viene descritto come segue:
"" La cornice non contiene vetro. La pellicola di laminazione trasparente protegge il poster da fattori esterni in modo da non doverti preoccupare di eventuali danni. Allo stesso tempo, la laminazione è un materiale molto più resistente del vetro o del plexiglass e semplicemente non si spezza. Grazie a questo, questo tipo di inquadratura è molto più sicuro e, inoltre, non ci sono macchie su di esso. ""

Ebbene, questo enorme difetto di fabbricazione (la mancanza della laminazione), ovviamente imputabile al produttore, è stato da me segnalato immediatamente, con tanto di foto allegate.
Ciononostante, ignorando persino l'evidenza delle fotografie, questi "signori" si sono rifiutati sia di sostituire il prodotto, sia di rimborsare la somma pagata!!
Anche in questo importante aspetto (la politica dei resi), non c'è niente di vero in ciò che sbandierano nel loro regolamento!!

E pensate che (sempre nel loro regolamento, che vi invito a leggere) si riempiono la bocca di belle frasi del tipo:
"" Soddisfazione garantita al 100% ""
"" La tua soddisfazione è fondamentale per noi. Non esitare ad acquistare. Nel caso in cui il prodotto non soddisfi le tue attese, rimandacelo: lo cambieremo o ti rimborseremo.""
"" Insoddisfatto del prodotto. Forse i vostri articoli non si abbinano con il colore del divano, o non si adattano allo stile del vostro appartamento. Nessun problema, rimandateci i vostri articoli e vi rimborseremo. ""

Ecc. ecc. ecc. ecc.

Tutte promesse fasulle!!
Non fidatevi assolutamente!!
Si sono presi i miei soldi in cambio di un prodotto che non vale niente!!
Avevo dato loro la mia piena FIDUCIA, l'hanno sfacciatamente TRADITA.
