Excellent quality, I was very impressed!

Just be careful when you are tearing apart the poster from the packaging.

Stay away from them - misleading photos, terrible customer service. I ordered a framed poster from them. The frame was picked based on the photos on their website, but when I received it it looked completely different. Customer service is asking me to spend more money on returning the product, without even acknowledging that the item was misrepresented, or offering to cover return costs.

Ho scritto una mail il 03.12.2023 (è passato un mese e mezzo) con richiesta di informazioni su un calendario e non ho mai ricevuto risposta, che razza di servizio clienti è uno che non risponde nemmeno? Vista la mancanza di serietà mi sono ben guardata dal comprare qualche cosa da loro

Ho ricevuto un poster danneggiato (piegato e graffiato in piú punti). Era un regalo, non acquisteró mai piú da Europosters.

Really bad experience, disappointing as I am a returning customer! Ordered a poster .. size was wrong, delivery awful missed my daughters birthday and massive line through the ‘poster’ basically I could have printed a better ‘picture’ myself off my printer! They told me the line through the‘poster’ was meant to be there!!! Wouldn’t reply properly to me just said we will refund delivery and didn’t want to know anymore and would not send better poster .. extremely disappointing for such a big price

Unfortunately, all three posters were of very poor quality. They were discounted, it turned out later that it wasn't by accident. You should rather spend a little more, but let it be what you imagined.

The items arrived late and the quality was very poor. Both posters were plastic (Frame & poster) and I had paid 182,88 euros. I would not recommend it.

Customer service was rude and refused to cancel the order. The 3+1 promotion was a scam. Avoid this website.

Ho ricevuto stamattina il poster con cornice che ho acquistato e sono rimasta basita dalla bruttezza della cornice,penso che i cinesi mi avrebbero venduto il prodotto ad un terzo del prezzo pagato.Una cornice che ogni volta che veniva toccata si sfaceva, i ganci dietro piantati alla carlona.Il prezzo di acquisto enorme rispetto al prodotto.

Terrible experience. Returned a poster on the 12thDec, you have to pay for your own return. I paid £12.50 and they said they never received it therefore getting no refund. I sent them proof of postage but because I didn’t pay the extra money to have it tracked they won’t pay up. I have lost approx £72.

Yep, my experience chimes with several recent posts about this company. It does seem to be operating a scam.
I ordered wall prints online in the Canary Islands that were due on Dec 16. Europosters' courier service tells me they were delivered on that date. They weren't because I was in all day and no courier came to the house.
Europosters themselves meanwhile tell a different story. They say they've followed my instructions to return the item - again untrue. I of course gave no such instructions.
My suspicion - again, based entirely on my experience - is that they may be sending out such messages in case regulators decide to investigate their activities, and they can then cite an E-trail as evidence that they followed protocol/clients instructions'.
Either way, five days later, a deafening silence from the .eu branch of the company in response to my query/complaint, and I don't expect to ever again see the prints, or the 63 euros that they cost.
So in conclusion. Avoid this company at all costs because they will rip you off.

Encargué varios productos, y los que llegaron bién tienen buena calidad, pero hubo un producto que llegó mal, me puse en contacto con ellos, me dijeron que me lo quedase que me enviarían el correcto. De esto hace ya 2 meses, les he escrito varias veces solicitándoles la devolución del importe del cuadro que jamás llegó. Y no he recibido respuesta, después de 4 emails reclamando y no obtener respuesta, he decidido denunciar a la empresa en mi comisaría local y poner en aviso a google sobre la página web como estafa para eliminarlo de su indexado.

Ordinati i poster.... Poi completamente spariti non ho saputo più nulla, non una email dopo l'acquisto, non un messaggio con il numero di ordine con tracking, superati i giorni di consegna nemmeno un email per dire dov'era questo pacco e perché ritardava....... Servizio SCANDALOSO.
Spero che almeno il rimborso sia fatto nei tempi dovuti.
