Réservation tardive
J'ai pris tardivement la décision de réserver une chambre dans un hôtel du groupe EUROPLAN. Le site internet de l'hôtel n'offrait plus de possibilités. Au téléphone, l'opératrice ne parlant pas français nous avons conversé en allemand. Elle m'a demandé de répondre rapidement car cette chambre était la dernière qu'elle puisse me proposer. Une erreur dans la recopie de mon adresse mail a fait que c'est ma fille, également cliente d'un hôtel Europlan,qui a reçu le message qui m'était destiné. Pour une question de modalité de paiement j'ai rappelé le service et une personne très aimable, parlant français, a fait le nécessaire. A propos du paiement, je déplore le fait qu'Europlan privilégie PAYPAL. Les informations pour un virement bancaire devraient automatiquement figurer sur le formulaire de réservation.

Merci pour votre avis positif et pour vos conseils concernant le paiement. Actuellement, trois modes de paiement sont disponibles et peuvent être sélectionnés lors de la confirmation. Malheureusement, il nous est plus difficile d'accepter les paiements par virement bancaire pour les réservations de dernière minute.

Wir buchen jedes Jahr telefonisch…
Wir buchen jedes Jahr telefonisch unsere Reise für Mai bei Europlan . Da wir aber gerade am Gardasee sind dachten wir uns fahren wir doch mal persönlich in Affi bei Europlan vorbei und buchen für nächstes Jahr wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten unsere Buchung direkt tätigen . Immer wieder gerne sehr nette Damen dort .

Persönliche telefonische Betreuung…ist sehr gut
Die persönliche telefonische Betreuung bei Schwierigkeiten mit dem Buchungssystem. Das Buchungssystem funktioniert online nicht. Weiterleitungen zu PayPal brechen ab und sind nicht sauber programmiert.

20 Plus years booking with Europlan
we are booking with Europlan for over 20 years - always helpful and we great locations. We particularly like Bardolino - my first born was 3 when we first booked, now 27 and 2 more children since - my mother in law was in her sixties and will travel again with us at age of 89 this year - its a family friendly provider and we are always very happy with everything!
