Unfortunately, my experience with Womabloom has been very disappointing. I placed and paid for my order on June 16, but more than a month later it still had not been shipped.
I had to contact customer support multiple times before receiving any response. I was later informed that my order had not been dispatched because a phone number was missing, although I was never contacted or asked to provide this information until I reached out myself. After providing my phone number, I still did not receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number.
I cannot comment on the quality of the products because I never had the opportunity to receive them. However, based on my experience with the ordering process and customer service, I consider this company unreliable and I cannot recommend purchasing from them.
I hope they improve their communication and order fulfillment process in the future.
