Buying from this store is like the lottery. If you win and love what you bought it’s all good but if you don’t good luck trying to get a refund. I waited 4 months for my refund then had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. They’re very responsive at the beginning and will give you all the refund instructions but as soon as you send in your items they won’t respond unless publicly shamed on social media.

I just love the clothes I bought. Very beautiful and good quality.

Mise à jour du 13/05/26: suite à mon commentaire mon remboursement a été effectué. Je mets donc 4 etoiles car mis à part ce problème de remboursement, les articles reçus étaient conformes et très jolis. Collection tendance et matières de qualité. Les finitions sur les vêtements seraient à parfaire concernant les fils de couture.

Ik heb een retour gedaan in februari en ook al een mail gehad (na een maand) dat ze het hebben ontvangen en dat de terugbetaling zal worden gedaan. We zitten eind mei en de terugbetaling is nog steeds niet gedaan!! 3x een mail verstuurd. Zeer slechte service, jammer want meeste kleding is wel echt mooi.

Les produits sont magnifiques et la livraison ultra rapide. Pour une première expérience, très positive. Je recommande

Schandalig! Een maand geleden heb ik een retour gedaan. Ik heb een e-mail gestuurd en een herinnering gestuurd. Geen enkele reactie en natuurlijk heb ik mijn geld nog steeds niet teruggekregen. Ik raad het absoluut niet aan.

There was a Problem with delivery and after a mail from my side the company reacted quick to solve that.
I would appreciate, if the parcels where much smaller, so they fit in my own post box….most of the dresses are small and the wrapping so big…👍✌️

Ik heb 2 artikelen geretourneerd. Helaas tot op heden nog steeds geen reactie/gel terug mogen ontvangen. Terwijl ik wel mails ontvang van de nieuwe collectie.

After 8 months still waiting on my refund!!! The first time they said that they didn’t received it, but I had a confirmation mail which it says they received my return!! After forwarding this email to them, they wanted to investigate by asking their depot. I’m still waiting after several reminders. Shame on you Touche Prive!!

Een van mijn bestelde producten werd verkeerd geleverd. Ondanks meerdere e‑mails kreeg ik wekenlang geen reactie. Daarom heb ik het verkeerde product samen met een ander artikel teruggestuurd.

De retourzending is op 12 februari ontvangen, maar ik heb nog steeds geen terugbetaling gekregen. Geen update, geen uitleg.

Zeer slechte service. Niet aan te raden.

I wanted to return my order because the quality of the items is very poor and not as expected. My return request was approved, but no return label or return form was included in the package. The instructions clearly state that these should be inside the parcel, which makes it impossible for me to complete the return.

The provided return instructions are incomplete and unclear, and without a return label I simply do not know how or where to send the package back. I have also tried contacting customer service, but it feels like no response is coming back.

At this point, I am still unable to return my order or receive my refund. Very frustrating experience and disappointing customer service.

Je mets une étoile car je ne peux pas mettre 0. Retour depuis plus d’un mois, et toujours pas de remboursement. Plus de 5 mails envoyés, pas de réponses. Ne jamais commander de chez touche prive (en plus de la qualité médiocre qui ne correspond pas aux photos). Bande de voleurs rendez notre argent!

I was very happy with the jacket I purchased so I ordered it in another colour, however it was missing the belt and customer service are ignoring me. Disappointing as they do have some unique items.

I am updating my review as customer service did eventually reply and offer solutions, they were slow to respond but once they engaged they were very quick to respond to every email.
