Ho avuto un problema con la batteria Oukitel P5000 Pro, ancora in garanzia. Il processo di sostituzione ha richiesto un po’ di tempo e alcune comunicazioni aggiuntive, e ho dovuto coprire io la spedizione. Detto questo, il servizio clienti è stato sempre cortese e alla fine mi è stata inviata una batteria nuova perfettamente funzionante. Apprezzo l’impegno nel risolvere il problema e la disponibilità del team.

I had some issues ...when i recived the order (by mistake....they've sent the wrong product) but the customer service was very proffesional. They resolved the problem very quickly... And i finaly recived my power station ( p1500). Works flowlessly...and i'm happy!

L'apparecchio ( OUKITEL P2001 Plus Portable Power Station 2400W/2048Wh) è arrivato velocemente insieme ad un regalo molto gradito (una torcia a led). Per il momento sono molto soddisfatto per l' efficenza e facilità di montaggio nonostante manchino le istruzioni in Italiano. Anche l'applicazione dedicata risulta molto intuitiva.

A very good website where I could order the Power Station. Full of accurate and concise information. My additional questions were answered very quickly and accurately by customer service – compliments. The Power Station was delivered promptly and it runs perfectly. The values the Power Station displays are confirmed by my own measurements with professional equipment. Highly recommended!

My p1000+ makes a very good impression - super silent and easy to use..

So far I’ve only tried it on my desk but soon it will power my trips through Europe …

Charging cable wasn’t included wich is the only small downside but I’m pretty sure that’s available online for a few bucks..

Solar Panel also seem to be a high quality product- all to be tested in 3 days from now.

The products are of great quality and usability. In my case the BP2000+B2000 accu pack.

During transport an item was damaged, it was replaced with no fuzz for a new item. Some minor problems with the order were also handled to full satisfaction.

Update 07/2025:
Yesterday they finally sent my Oukitel P5000 back to me. In the end, the communication did improve somewhat. I had to wait a very long time, and getting things resolved was not easy, but they did deliver in the end, which I appreciate. They still have a lot of room for improvement when it comes to customer service, but I can see they are making noticeable progress. The product itself is good, and they repaired it free of charge, which is definitely a plus.

The device (Oukitel P5000) worked well for about a month but then developed a fault. It was quite difficult to get in touch with them at first, and I struggled to get clear answers for a while.

prima dell'ordine ho avuto qualche problema e necessitavo di chiarimenti. Lo Staff è stato velocissimo nel rispondere alle mie mail e molto gentile. Il materiale ordinato 1 BP200 + B2000 + 2 PV400 è arrivato a destinazione in dieci giorni dal pagamento. Ottimo. Altra cosa importantissima.. l'imballo, veramente robusto. Adesso non mi resta che montare il tutto.

Après une mauvaise expérience sur un autre site vendeur pour le même produit (Oukitel P1000 Plus) — entre retards, suivi flou et échanges compliqués — j’ai décidé de passer ma commande ici pour ne pas compromettre mes futurs projets… Et quelle différence ! Je ne le regrette pas une seconde.

Le produit est arrivé rapidement, parfaitement emballé. Mais ce qui m’a le plus marquée, c’est la qualité exceptionnelle du service client : réactif, à l’écoute, impliqué, et véritablement soucieux de bien faire.

Tous les désagréments rencontrés ailleurs ont ici trouvé des réponses claires, des solutions rapides, et surtout un vrai respect du client. Bravo à votre équipe, qui ne se contente pas de vendre, mais qui prend réellement soin de ses clients. C’est devenu trop rare aujourd’hui.

Un grand merci pour votre sérieux et votre sens du service, que je tiens à saluer ici.
J’ai rarement vu un support aussi efficace et humain.

I bought a BP2000 power station cart from eu.oukitel.com. The material quality of the cart and the speed of its delivery is good. Big complaints about the design of the cart itself:
1. The station hangs off the cart when the handle is vertical.
2. There are no locks to prevent the station from moving off the cart during transportation even on a flat road. The rubber straps provided with the cart do not do the job.
3. The cart handle has no fixed positions between the horizontal and vertical positions.

This is now my 2nd purchase, after the P5000Prto I have now purchased the P2001+ and am very satisfied with the performance and ease of use. I use both in my camper and even operate my roof air conditioning with it. This works without any problems, also the shipping is super fast and you can track it nicely, nothing but good at the moment, happy with the purchase.
