Good deal, good communication. The only issue was that shipping took a lot longer (+1 month) than claimed on the website (3-7 days). Otherwise the product is of great quality. I have not had time to test it out, but so far I like the speedy charging time.

We were informed about the delay and the delivery was completed as promised. Customer support responded quickly and efficiently via email, and they were willing to discuss any payment and delivery issues and find a solution. I ordered two OUKITEL P2001 Plus charging stations and am very happy with the product; everything works as expected! The quality of the devices is exceptionally high. The plastic is high-quality and securely packaged. It arrived 25% charged. The connectors, buttons, and knobs fit very well, holding securely, without falling out or creaking. The packaging is robust, well-made for such heavy devices, and neither the packaging nor the device was damaged during transportation. I highly recommend it!

Livraison rapide, très bien emballé. j'ai un BP2000 Pro + PV400 et cela fait bien le job : ordinateur, écran, téléphones et éclairage simultanément : tout fonctionne bien : bien penser à commander le câble de rallonge pour panneau solaire. Au bout d'un mois d'expérience, tout se passe bien. Un peu bruyant toutefois, lorsqu'on consomme.

I have purchased the OUKITEL P800 Portable Power Station 800W | 512Wh from this company. Although delivery was promised within a week, it came in 3 days. The device is very nice - it is compact, so my wife can easily move it, it powers our gas boiler, so we have a reliable sine-wave electricity source for winter disasters, it also powers most of our hairdryers when using 1st speed (temperature level). Silent, stays in the living room without any noise audible. Fits perfectly into Ikea Kallax.

Decent product - great service. Costumer support was super helpfull when i needed it.

Good station, last long and can charge a lot of items. Only minus is it's loud sometimes, especially at night it can be annoying.
And my package came quite dirty, but this can be due to the delivery service.

Ik had per ongeluk 2 besteld en ik heb gevraagt voor ene te annuleren en dat was geen probleem en de terugbetaling was ook geen probleem ik ga binnenkort nog iets bestellen ( zonnepanelen ) interessant

OUKITEL P2001 Plus is a simply excellent battery; I've already bought a second one and am very happy with it. It's a lifesaver during thunderstorms, and you can power it with a kettle, heater, and so on.

I asked support team about the ussue with working fans all the time as they make a lot of noise. the response was very quick - support team has provided a new firmware update that has fuxed the problem. now fans work only from time to time only when it is needed.

I wanted my package to come to Cyprus but you don't include it in your options! I had to send it to Greece to a friend and then have to pay again to have it sent to Cyprus.
