Fantastic chocolates, but stay away from the e-shop!
Ordered on Friday with a guaranteed delivery within 48 hours at a cost of 30€!
4 days later, nothing received and no word from either Marcolini or de the carrier.And that for mere 300km.
The delevery cost feels like a rip-off.

Marcolini does not care about customers
If the chocolates are wonderful, the packaging of most products is anything but ecological. And as importantly, customer care is just a function in their company. I had been a regular customer of their online shop and always had problems: not getting the right product or not getting anything but the bill, and the delivery service. Note that I always had to ask for a refund as Marcolini does not keep track of what is or is not sent. No quality control. The last time (literally) I had ordered online the delivery person never showed up, did not contact me (even if they have my phone) and did not leave a notice saying at what time they had been at my place, nor when they would come back. A total disaster. I was offered a voucher (not the full amount of my order, mind you!) to make a new order. This was refused - for obvious reasons. Bon débarras!

J'achète un coffret découverte à 35€ et je trouve que les chocolats ne sont pas qualitatifs et pas goûteux.. Le service clients de Marcolini n'a eu pour toute réponse que de le dire qu'ils étaient frais ! Encore heureux !!

Je retourne chez Ducasse qui lui fait de vrais bons chocolats pour le même prix..

Très très déçue
Très très déçue. Livraison demandée expressément avant 17 heures à la date promise et non reçue. Dans l'impossibilité de récupérer le colis (départ à l'étranger, donc besoin du colis), j'écris au Service Client de Marcolini qui se dédouane de toute responsabilité (faute du transporteur) et refuse un remboursement, me renvoie vers leurs conditions de vente.... plus jamais et je ne ferai pas leur publicité.

Great chocolates - poor service
Pierre Marcolini chocolates are delicious but the client service leaves very much to be desired. read the small print as they promise a delivery date - but then in small print say they are not responsable for delays & give no refunds for postage or late deliveries so go to their shop rather than using the postal services
their response to my enquiries; "As stipulated in our terms & conditions of sale, signed at the time of your order, no compensation or refund will be accepted due to delays beyond our control.
Please note that your order has left our workshop on time.Our carrier unfortunately suffered delays due to control "

Livraison gratuite rapide et efficace par Chronofresh et satisfaction de la destinataire qui compare les chocolats à des bijoux à l'ouverture de la boite.
