La verdad es que le doy una estrella porque no le puedo dar menos. Hace unos días pedí una mochila que estaba en rebaja, realicé el pedido correctamente, me quitaron el dinero del banco y al día siguiente me cancelan el pedido, pregunto porque y me dicen que no hay stock, cuando en la página ponía que estaba disponible pero que habían cambiado el precio, no contento esa misma tarde pido otra mochila también rebajada y me ocurre lo mismo que con el primer pedido. Mande varios correos para que me indicaran cuál está disponible para poder comprarla y no recibí ninguna respuesta. Es una grandísima pena que una marca como Element tenga este servicio. Me encanta la marca pero no compro mas.

Leider muss ich einen Stern abgeben. Mit grossem Abstand der mieseste Service eines Unternehmenes. 1. Der Service ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Weder in D noch in UK oder sonst irgendwo. Man hängt 10 min in der Leitung, dann bricht die Verbindung ab. 2. Rücksendung ging vor 3 Wochen raus, keinerlei Rückzahlung bis jetzt. 3. Die Rücksendung geht in die Niederlande, Porto von mind. 10,- (eher 15.-) muss man selbst tragen. Wird aber so vorher nirgends erwähnt.

Ich versuche seit Wochen einen Artikel zu reklamieren. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht!!!! Lieferung und Geldabbuchung hat wunderbar geklappt. Der Schuh war aber nach einer Woche defekt....vom Shop keine Rückmeldung...auch in Corona Zeiten ist dies machbar!

Kundenservice ist katastrophal!!
Bin jetzt seit 7 Wochen dran eine simple Reklamation, durch ein fehlerhaftes Produkt, abzuwickeln. Der Support braucht über eine Woche, um auf eine simple E-Mail zu antworten und tut dann auch nur das nötigste um die E-Mail möglichst nichtssagend zu beantworten.
Für mich wirkt dies stark wie eine Strategie, um Kosten und Aufwand zu sparen.

Qualitativ ist die Kleidung eigentlich ganz in Ordnung. Für den Preis aber leider auch nicht besonders.
Ich kann die Marke und den Shop nicht empfehlen und würde vom Kauf abraten.

Bought a skateboard grip and was sent the wrong one, when I called customer service they asked for a picture of the item and my order number, she then said on the phone that they would pick the item up and that I would be given a discount on ordering the correct item. 4 days after emailing the picture of wrong item I got a reply that they would offer me a discount on the wrong item sent out or the item picked up and refunded. I then politely declined as I was told different on the phone. It has now been 2 weeks and I’m still getting no response from them. Really poor customer service.

J'ai commandé deux articles il y a plus de 20 jours et contacté le service client par mail il y a 15 jours déjà, puisque le colis est apparemment "livré" le . et je n'ai toujours pas mon colis, ni de réponse non plus d'ailleurs

Plusieurs commandes, jamais eu de problèmes

3 commandes passées à Element, et livraison au top à chaque fois, j'adhère à 300% à ce site ! aussi bien pour le suivi, la rapidité, la qualité !!

I bought a pair of trainers that fell apart within 6 months of occasional wear. I asked for a refund or replacement and was offered an evoucher which was 10EUR less than the trainers are priced online.

I advised that this was unacceptable as why would i want to spend a further 10EUR on a brand i had lost confidence in. They then passed me onto the store and told me that they "couldnt help". I asked to be passed on to the complaints department and was informed that they didn't have one. When i asked when would i be receiving a reply to my query i was told "maybe tomorrow, maybe monday", the customer service provided by this company is very poor.
